Vegetable Manchurian


Ingredients..................
  1. Grated Cauliflower- 1/2 cup
  2. Grated Carrot- 1/2 cup
  3. Thin Sliced Cabbage- 1/2 cup
  4. Grated Paneer(Cottage Cheese)- 1/4 cup
  5. Grated boiled beetroot- 1/4 cup
  6. Grate boiled potato- 1/2 cup
For Dumplings..........
  1. Black pepper- 1/2tbsp
  2. Corn Flour- 2 tbsp
  3. Chopped green chili- 3
  4. Chopped Ginger- 1 tbsp
  5. Chopped Garlic- 1 tbsp
  6. Soya Sauce- 2 tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Boiled Rice for binding - 1 cup(optional)
For Manchurian Sauce...............
  1. Grated green chili- 2
  2. Soya sauce- 4 tbsp
  3. Cumin Seeds- 1 tbsp
  4. Black pepper - 1/2 tbsp
  5. Chopper ginger-1 tbsp
  6. Chopped garlic- 1 tbsp
  7. Chopped Onion- 1
  8. Spring Onion- 1/4 cup
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Honey- 1/4 tbsp(taste according)
  11. Corn Flour
  12. Vinegar- 2 tbsp
Method...............
  • Steam, chopped vegetables(cabbage, carrot, cauliflower) till all moisture is gone, transfer it to another plate and bind with some corn flour or rice (optional)with grated boiled potato, green chili,salt, garted paneer (cottage cheese ) and grated boiled beet root ,make small lumps the size of a ping pong ball.
  • Heat the wok and pour 1 cup vegetable oil and deep fry the dumplings till golden brown.
  • Now make sauce heat the wok and pour 4 tbsp vegetable oil then add cumin seeds, chopped garlic , ginger, green chili and fry about 2 min then add onion, fry till golden brown now time to add soya sauce, pepper, vinegar, salt and fry about 1 min then add water and cook thicken with cornflour mixture adding very little at a time add spring onion and fried dumpling.
  • Cook about 2 min and serve hot with noodles or rice.

yeh sab khaane ko kab milega , iske liye waha aana padega kya :( , yaar itna afford nahi kar saktah hoo ek kaam kar bhojai ko yaha bhej de :D
