Hazara Pista Kulfi (Indian Kulfi)


Ingredients.......................

  1. Double cream- 4tsp
  2. Condensed Milk- 1tsp
  3. Sugar-1tsp
  4. Hazara Essence-2drop ( you can use rose water as well)
  5. Pistachios crushed- 2tsp

Method.........................
  • First of all Whisk cream, sugar and make thick paste and keep aside, now take a bowl add condensed milk, hazara drop add pistachios, mix them well.


  • Now mix in whisked cream and fold lightly.

  • Now transfer the kulfi mixer in mould and keep in fridge for 3-4 hours

  • Hazara Pista Kulfi (Indian Kulfi) is ready to serve.

Juicy Jelly with Foam


Ingredients..................................

  1. Apple juice-1cup
  2. Vegetarian Gelatin-1/2tsp
  3. Sugar-4tsp
  4. Cinemom pwd- 2pinch
Method.........................
  • Place the apple juice in a large pot, stir gelatin, cinemon pwd and sugar, bring to a full boil over low medium heat, stirring continuously for 1min.

  • Now Pour hot mixture into a mould and leave for 1hour......you can keep in fridge as well.

  • Juicy Jelly with foam is ready to serve.

Home-made Tortillas



Ingredients..........................

  1. Plain flour- 1cup
  2. OIl- 5tsp
  3. Water- 1/2cup
  4. Salt -2pinch
Method.........................
  • Tkae a big pot , add flour and oil , salt , rub it well, now add water little bit and try to knead a pliable Dough.

 


  • Dived the dough in 4part and roll them with rolling pin like 3inch diameter. heat the flat pan after 1min, place the tortillas and cook from both sides until top is slightly bubbly..not too much cooked other wise it can be tight, keep stacked and warm inside a clean tea towel.





  • Home-made Tortillas is ready to eat.

Mexican Flautas or Taquitos



Ingredients.....................................

  2. Noodles filling- 1cup
  3. Oil for fry- 1cup
For Filling............................
  1. Boiled noodels-1cup
  2. Oil-3tsp
  3. Ginger paste- 1/2tsp
  4. Garlic Paste- 1/2tsp
  5. Sliced Bell pepper- 1/4cup
  6. Beans-5-7
  7. Soy Sauce-1tsp
  8. Vinegar- 1/2tsp
  9. Black Pepper pwd- 1/4tsp
  10. Salt to taste
Method.........................
  • Heat the oil, after 1 min add ginger, garlic paste and fry, after 10 second add Sliced bellpepper and bean and sauté them, now add boiled noodles and cook for 1/2 min.


  • Now add soy sauce, vinegar, balck pepper pwd and salt  and fry for 1 min.


  • Take out filling and keep aside, now take a tortilla wraps put filling in middle and roll it, secure the tortillas with a toothpick, while you are rolling the tortillas, heat the oil in wok on high heat.



  • Deep fry the flutas in heated oil turning once until golden brown and crisp, remove and drain the excess oil .



  • Mexican Flautas is ready to serve with salsa.

Thandi Meethi Papadi (Hot & Cold Sweet)


Ingredients......................
  1. Plain Flour- 100gm
  2. Oil- 1cup
  3. Cardomom Pwd-2pinch
  4. Sugar syrup 1thread- 1cup
  5. Grated cashew- 1tsp
Method................................
  • Take a bowl, add flour and oil and then mix them well. Now knead smooth and pliable dough- keep aside for 15 min.


  • Now divide the dough into 5 equal parts. It depends on you to either can make more or less dough but minimum should be 3 equal part.

  • Roll the dough to make very thin roll approx 3inch in diameter. Roll each dough evenly, spread some drop of oil, sprinkle some flour dust on each layer and place each layer on top of each other and then roll it together.

  • After rolling it, cut the roll into 1/2 to 1 inch equal pieces and roll each piece. Now heat the wok, pour oil after 1minute and place the papadi at low heat and fry from both sides till it's colour changes to golden brown.



  • Take out the Papadies one by one and drop in sugar syrup. Leave the papadi in sugar syrup for 10 seconds.

  • Take out in another vessels. Thandi Meethi Papadi (Hot & Cold Sweet) is ready to serve.
