Flaky Spinach Maggie for kids


Ingredients..........................


  1. Maggie one packet-1
  2. Diced vegetables- 4tbsp
  3. spinach chopped- 7tbsp
  4. Turmeric pwd- 2pinch
  5. Coriander pwd- 1/4tbsp
  6. Black pepper crushed- 2pinch
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Water- 1/4cup
  9. Chopped onion- 3tbsp
  10. Diced potato- 4tbsp
  11. Cumin seeds- 1/4tbsp
  12. Oil- 2tbsp
  13. Tomato paste- 1tbsp
Method......................................
  • Heat the wok add oil after 1 min, add cumin seeds and chopped onion fry for 1/2 min. now add potato, salt and fry for 10 second.

  • Now add diced vegetables and chopped spinach, mix them properly now add maggie masala , turmeric pwd, coriander pwd, black pepper, tomato paste, mix them nicely.



  • Now fry it for 1/2min. now cushed the maggie and put them in wok mix again, put litlle bit water and cover the lid for 2 min. low medium heat. 

  • Switch of the heat and leave it  for 10 min. Flaky Spinach Maggie for kids is ready to eat.

Egg Roll For Kids


Ingredients.................................


  1. Chopped onion- 3tbsp
  2. Raw egg- 1
  3. Salt black pepper to taste
  4. Oil- 5tbsp
  5. Wrap- 1
  6. Tomato Ketchup- 1/2tbsp

Method..............................

  • Take a bowl add onion, salt black pepper , break one egg and whisk them.
  • Now heat the wok, place wrap and heat them from both sides, take out wrap and put some oil and spread egg mixture and make 1 mini omelet.




  •  Now take wrap spread tomato ketchup and put omelet and roll them nicely.


  • Egg Roll For Kids is ready to eat.

Baby Baked Pillow



Ingredients.........................


  1. Ready mixture- 5tbsp like  mix veg mixture, minced meat mixture
  2. Mozzarella grated cheese- 5tbsp
  3. Filo sheet- 1
  4. Tomato ketchup

Method...................................

  • Pre-heat oven 200oc for 5 min.
  • Take a sheet cut into two pieces, put your mixture in middle and tomato ketchup on top.


  • Now seal them to another sheet. now put them in oven for 10-15 min  and bake from both sides.


  • Baby Baked Pillow ia ready to eat.

Spaghetti pasta for kids


Ingredients........................................

  1. Cooked spaghetti- 1/2cup
  2. grated ginger-1/3tbsp
  3. Grated garlic-2cloves
  4. Dried basil-2pinchreen peas- 3tbsp
  5. Crushed pepper- 2pinch
  6. Tomato puree- 3tbsp
  7. Chopped tomato- 1/2
  8. Small potato-1
  9. Corns- 3tbsp
  10. Salt to tatse

Method.......................................

  • Heat the wok add oil after 1 min. add ginger garlic, peppers, dried basil and fry for 1/2 min add vegetables, chopped tomato, salt and tomato puree.




  • Mix them and cover them for 1 min. now add cooked spaghetti and stir for 1/2 min.
  • Spaghetti pasta for kids is ready to serve.

Sweet Potato Cutlets For Kids


Ingredients............................


  1. Boiled sweet potato-150gm
  2. Boiled potato-small 3
  3. Fresh corriander chopped- 3tbsp
  4. chopped onion- 4tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Lemon juices- 1/2tbsp
  7. Spices dried - 1/2spoon
  8. Grated ginger- 1/4tbsp
  9. Oil for fry- 3tbsp

Method....................................

  • Take a big pan add pealed sweet potato and pealed potato, fresh corriander, lemon juice, salt, spices, ginger, onion and mix them .
  • Now make cutlets, take a small plate put some  plain flour, sprinkle some flour on cutlets.
  • Now heat the wok add oil after 1min. place cutlets and shallow fry till olden brown from both sids.

  •  Sweet Potato Cutlets is ready to eat with tamarind chutney or tomato ketchup

Stuffed Pocket For Kids


Ingredients...........................


  1. Mix veg- 5tbsp
  2. Bengal gram flour dough- for two
  3. Oil - 1tbsp

Method......................................

  • Prepare any mix veg or mixture or filling for pocket, now will make pocket.
  • Take a bowl add bengal gram flour 5tbsp and 1 tbsp wheat flour put some salt add little water and make pliable dough. keep aside for 15 min.
  • Now take 2 small pieces of dough and roll them one by one like Chapati, put filling in center and cover it from another chapati, seal them tightly.
  • heat the pan add little oil and place the pocket, cook from both sides.
  • Take out and cut them in half. Stuffed Pocket For Kids is ready to eat.

Liver Biryaani


Ingredients............................

  1. Chicken liver- 250gm
  2. Chopped onion- 1
  3. Chopped ginger- 1/2tbsp
  4. Chopped garlic- 1/4tbsp
  5. Tomato paste/ tomato fresh- 3tbsp
  6. Lemon juice- 1/4tbsp
  7. Half cooked rice- 5oogm
  8. Food colour- 1pinch
  9. Raisins- 5tbsp
  10. Fresh chopped mint- 3tbsp
  11. Fresh corrinader- 3tbsp
  12. Biryaani masala- 5tbsp
  13. OIl- 6tbsp
  14. Red chillipwd- 1/2tbsp
  15. Chopped green chilli- 2
  16. Turmeric pwd- 1/2tbsp
  17. Corrinader pwd- 1tbsp

Method.........................................
  • Wash chicken liver and cut in small pieces, keep aside. heat the wok add oil after 1min. add chopped onion, ginger,garlic and fry till golden brown.

  • Now add tomato paste, turmeric pwd, red chilli pwd, coriander pwd, fresh corriander little bit , green chilli little bit  tomato paste/ chopped tomato mix them properly , after 1/2 min add chicken liver put biryaaani masala, salt and mix them ,cook low medium heat for 10-15 min.



  • Now check liver tenderness and spread 1 layer of half cook rice, fresh mint leaves, green chilli, fresh coriander, raisins, on top again continue same layer.

  • Now add food colour and cover the lid cook very low medium heat for 10 min. 
  • Liver Biryaani is ready to serve

Couscous For kids lunch


Ingredients.......................


  1. couscous- 100gm
  2. Mixed vegetables- 100gm
  3. Mustard seeds
  4. Slat to taste
  5. Chopped onion- 2tbsp
  6. Grated ginger and garlic- 1/3 tbsp
  7. Oil- 2tssp
  8. Fresh corriander- 2tsp
  9. Tomato paste- 1tbsp

Method...............................

  • Heat the pan add salt and let it boil after 2min. add couscous cover the lid and off the heat. leave for 10 min. after 10 couscous will get dry and flacky
  • Now heat the wok again and put oil after 1/2 min add mustard seeds, chopped onion and garlic- ginger fry till transparent, now add mixed veg and tomato paste, fresh corriander



  • Now add slat nad mix them properly , after add flaky couscous and mix them together, cover the lid and cook for 1 -2min low medium heat.


  • Couscous For kids lunch is ready for lunch.

Sankranti sweet balls


Ingredients............................


  1. Black sesame  seeds roasted- 300gm
  2. Jagger y-200gm
  3. OIL- 1/2spoon
  4. Water-100ml

Method......................................

  • Heat the woke, add 100ml water and Jaggery together, now  let it boil, on medium heat .
  • After 20min, you can see some bubbles on top , take one bowl fill with cold water, now drop some drops of jaggery syrup. if drop goes in water hard that means jaggery syrup is ready. if it goes in water and melts that means you have to cook little more.
  • Now put roasted seeds in syrup and mix them properly take out in another plate and grease your palm with oil and make balls.
  •  Sankranti sweet balls is ready to eat for sankranti
