Orange Cake


Ingredients..................................

  1. Plain flour-250gm
  2. Oil-150ml
  3. Orange zest-1tsp
  4. Sugar-200gm
  5. Egg-4 separated yolk and white
  6. Orange juice-50ml
  7. Baking pwd- 1/4tsp
  8. Soda -bio-carbonate- 1/2tsp
Method.....................................

  • Pre-heat oven 200o C, separated egg white and egg yolk, whisk egg white for 5min.and keep aside.



  • Take a bowl ,add sugar+oil+orange juice+egg yolk 4 and whisk for 2min or till thick custard.


  • Now add plain flour+ baking soda+soda bio-carbonate and fold them properly., Now add oil and egg white and orange zest- fold again.


  • Now prepare cake tin place baking paper and pour batter , now place in oven for 40-45 min on 180o C,time to time you have to check with toothpick or fork , when it comes clear that means cake is ready.





  • Orange Cake is ready to serve

Christmas Fruit Cake




Ingredients...............................

  1. Plain flour- 300gm
  2. Egg- 4
  3. Sugar-300gm
  4. Mixed fruit- 150gm soaked in warm water
  5. Vanilla essence- 2tsp
  6. Vegetable oil- 150ml
  7. Baking pwd- 1tsp
  8. Soda-bio -Carbonate- 1/2tsp
  9. Milk- 10tsp


Method................................

  • Pre-heat oven 200o C, separated egg white and egg yolk, whisk egg white for 5min.and keep aside.

  • Take a bowl ,add sugar+oil+milk+egg yolk 4 and whisk for 2min or till thick custard.

  • Now add plain flour+ baking soda+soda bio-carbonate+vanilla essence and fold them properly



  • Now add fruits and egg white fold again.

Keora Cake


Ingredients...........................................

  1. Plain flour-4tsp
  2. Egg-1
  3. Oil-/butter-3tsp
  4. Baking soda- 2pinch
  5. Sugar-8tsp
  6. Milk- for consistency-2tsp
  7. Keora essence-1tsp

Method.............................

  • Pre heat oven 200oc
  • Break the egg and separate the yolk and white part. Take mixer, add yolk,sugar and milk blend it until sugar is dissolved.

  • Now, add flour, essence and oil/butter mix them properly. Now whisk the egg white separately 


  • Pour flour paste in egg white and fold them nicely, now pour the cake mixer in cake tin and bake for 15min at  180oc, after 15min, check the cake using toothpick, if toothpick comes clearly ,it means  cake is baked well, otherwise you can keep for couple more mins. take the cake out and leave on wire rack for cooling.




  •  Keora Cake is ready to serve.

Nutritious Burger For Kids



Ingredients....................................

For Patties........................


  1. Mix veg-1/2cup
  2. Boiled Potato mashed- 1cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Tomato puree/ chopped-2tsp
  5. Grated ginger- 1tsp
  6. Sliced onion-1/4cup
  7. Green chili-1
  8. Bread crumbs-1cup
  9. Lemon juice-1tsp
  10. Mic curry pwd-1tsp
  11. Oil -2tsp

For burgers..........................

  1. Ready made Bun
  2. Tomato ketchup
  3. Mayo
  4. Salad leaves
  5. Sliced onion
  6. Sliced buffalo mozzarella

Method............................

  • Heat the wok,pour oil, add sliced onion+ ginger,fry till golden brown, now add mix veg, put salt , tomato puree and cook/cover it for 1 min.take out and keep aside



  • Take a big bowl add boiled potato+mix veg+curry pwd and mix them properly , now take a tray and spread mixer, now take rings cutter and make patties ,keep aside.





  • Now heat the flat pan pour some drop of oil and cover the patties in bread crumbs and fry, from both side.




  •  Now make burger.......................
  • Heat the buns, now place tomato ketchup on 1st one and in second one, place dill mayo,(you can spread plain mayo as well),now place salad leaves +patties +onion slice+ mozzarella slice+ again pastie  salad leaves or shredded cabbage+onion slice+ mozzarella slice again+ bun.







  • Nutritious Burger For Kids is ready to serve.
