Salty Tapioca


Ingredients.........................................

  1. Tapioca (sabudana)-1/2cup soaked in water for 4-5 hours
  2. Salt ot taste
  3. Coriander Chopped-2tbsp
  4. Diced thin potato- 3tbsp
  5. Crushed Peanuts- 4tbsp
  6. Cumin seeds-1/4tbsp
  7. Black pepper pwd- 2pinch
Method.....................................
  • Heat the wok add oil afetr 1 min, add cumin seeds, now add potato and pepper pwd, afetr 2 min add crushed peanuts fry for 1 min.

  • Now add soaked tapioca and mix them sprinkle some water and cover them on low heat for 2 min.


  • Salty Tapioca  is ready to eat.

Chocolate Brownies


Ingredients......................................

  1. Dark Chocolate- 100gm 
  2. Butter-75gm
  3. Coco Powder- 4tbsp
  4. Plain Flour- 3tbsp
  5. Baking powder- 1/2tbsp
  6. Sugar- 170gm
  7. Whole Egg- 3

Method.....................................
  • Take a double boiler and put butter,dark chocolate and melt them. break the eggs and beat them nicely

  • Now take a bowl add flour, coco powder, sugar, baking powder, mix them now pour the melted chocolate and egg mixture gradually....now fold them nicely 




  • Pre heat oven for 180o, pour the mixture in tin and bake for 30 min. brownies should be sticky and gooey in the middle not dry as a sponge. check using with tooth pick in middle.



  • leave it in tin to cool. chocolate brownie is ready to eat with ice cream.

Sausage Rice for kids


Ingredients..............................

  1. Half Boiled Rice- 1cup
  2. Sliced sausage- 5-8
  3. Mix Vegetables- 1/4cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Black Pepper- 2pinch
  6. Chopped onion- 3tbsp
  7. Chopped garlic- 1/4tbsp
  8. Chopped ginger- 1/4tbsp
  9. Butter- 1tbsp
Method........................................
  • Heat the wok add butter, afetr 1/2 min add chopped onion, garlic, ginger black pepper and fry till golden brown. now add mix vege. sausage and tomato mix them and cook for 2 min.



  • Now add boiled Rice, salt and mix them properly, cover from the lid and cook for 2min.


  •  Sausage Rice for kids is ready .

Pitta Bread Pizza



Ingredients....................................

  1. Wholemeal Pitta bread- 1
  2. Sliced onion- 1/4
  3. Sweet Corn- 2tbsp
  4. Paneer/ Cottage Cheese cubes- 7-8 pieces
  5. Mushroom sliced- 6-10
  6. Carrot chopped-1tbsp
  7. Mozzarella- 6tbsp
  8. Tomato Ketchup- 1tbsp
Method............................
  • Pre heat oven 200oc........ Place the pitta bread on top of oven tray and spread tomato ketchup.

  • Now put all toppings one by one and after that put mozzarella grated on top.



  • Put the tray in oven and leave for 6-10 min. 


  • Pitta Bread Pizza is ready to eat.

Parcels


Ingredients........................

  1. Pointed Gourd/ Parwal- 3-4
  2. Turmeric pwd- 1pinch
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pastry sheets
  5. Oil- 2tbsp
Method...................................
  • Wash the pointed gourd and cut into half marinated with salt and turmeric pwd.
  • Heat the wok put some oil and put them and fry till golden brown from both sides.


  • pre heat oven - 200oc. now take passtry sheet and cut in square shape and put two pieces of gourd and fold the sheet like parcel . place them in oven  for 2-4 min.

  • Parcels  is ready to eat.

Mini Brioche


Ingredients............................

  1. Brioches- 2
  2. Sweet relish- 2 tbsp
  3. Sauteed Mushroom
Method.....................................
  1. Heat the pan put some butter and place the brioches in half. just warm them and spread relish and sauteed mushroom.



  1. Brioches mini is ready to serve.

Mummies For Kids



Ingredients...................
  1. Sausage vegetarian- 2 defrost
  2. Pastry Sheets strips- 6
  3. Salt and black pepper- 2pinch
Method.............................
  • Pre heat the oven 200oc
  • Heat the pan put some oil and place the sausage put some slat ans black pepper  and fry for 2 min.

  • Now wrap the sausage with pastry sheet strips.... put them in oven for 4-5 min.


  • Mummies For Kids is ready to eat.

Bread Buckets


Ingredients.....................................

  1. Chopped carrot-2tbsp
  2. Bread slices- 4
  3. Cottage cheese chopped- 4tbsp
  4. Chopped red and green peppers- 4tbsp
  5. Sweet corns- 3tbsp
  6. Crushed pepers- 3pinch
  7. Mozzarella grated- 8tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil- 2tbsp
Method.......................................................
  • Pre heat oven for 200oc. take a bowl add all chopped things and put some salt and pepper mix them nicely

  • Take out the sides of breads and roll them with rolling pin , make thin sheet.

  • Now put some oil/butter in muffins tray  and on bread as well, and place the bread slices . fill them with fillings and put some mozzarella cheese on top.




  • Put them in oven for 3-4 min. Bread bucket is ready .
