Ingredients......................
- Chicken- 4pieces
- Sliced onion- 1cup
- Grated ginger- 1tsp
- Grated garlic- 1/2 tsp
- Coconut grated- 2tsp
- Almond powder- 4tsp
- Dried fenugreek leaves- 3sp
- Black pepper- 1/4tsp
- Red chili pwd- 1/2tsp
- Corriander pwd- 1tsp
- Cumin pwd- 1tsp
- Turmeric pwd- 1/4 tsp
- Sal to taste
- Cream -4tsp
- Tomato chopped- 4tsp
- Oil- 10tsp
Method...........................
- Het the wok ,pour oil after 1/2 min add sliced onion and fry till transparent, now take out and transfer in mixer ,make smooth paste.
- Now add ginger, garlic fry till golden brown after 1/2 min add chicken and fry for 1/2 min.
- Now add red chili pwd, coriander pwd, cumin pwd, turmeric pwd, salt and fenugreek leaves and fry for 1/2 min. then add onion paste, coconut grated, tomato chopped,almond pwd and cook for 1min or 3whistle, open the lid add cream and stir fry for 1/2 min.
- Mughlai Chicken is ready to serve.
