Karahi Chicken


Ingredients.........................

  1. Mutton/Chicken- 4pieces 250gm
  2. Chopped tomato-1cup
  3. Ginger paste- 1tsp
  4. Garlic paste- 1tsp
  5. Chopped onion-1
  6. Green chili chopped- 2
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Turmeric pwd-1/4tsp
  9. Oil- 10tsp
  10. Coriander pwd- 1tsp
  11. Black pepper pwd- 3pinch
  12. Yoghurt- 2tsp (optional)
  13. Garam masala- 1/4tsp

Method..........................
  • Heat the wok, pour oil after 1min add ginger, garlic paste, chopped onion and mutton/chicken and cook over medium flame till the meat ts quie tender.

  • Now add, coriander pwd, red chili pwd, garam masala, salt and turmeric pwd, stir well and cook for some time till the oil separates.

  • Now add yoghurt ,1/2cup water and cook on low heat for 15 min.

  • Karahi Chicken is ready to serve.
