Ingredients.........................
- Mutton/Chicken- 4pieces 250gm
- Chopped tomato-1cup
- Ginger paste- 1tsp
- Garlic paste- 1tsp
- Chopped onion-1
- Green chili chopped- 2
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric pwd-1/4tsp
- Oil- 10tsp
- Coriander pwd- 1tsp
- Black pepper pwd- 3pinch
- Yoghurt- 2tsp (optional)
- Garam masala- 1/4tsp
Method..........................
- Heat the wok, pour oil after 1min add ginger, garlic paste, chopped onion and mutton/chicken and cook over medium flame till the meat ts quie tender.
- Now add, coriander pwd, red chili pwd, garam masala, salt and turmeric pwd, stir well and cook for some time till the oil separates.
- Now add yoghurt ,1/2cup water and cook on low heat for 15 min.
- Karahi Chicken is ready to serve.
