Today is the last day of Jeshtha Bada Mangal 2012. I made Peda for Bajrang Bali (Hanumanji) and that's why I gave the name Bajrangi Peda to my Recipe..................................
- Milk Powder- 100gm
- Condensed Milk- 5tsp
- Green cardamom pwd- 3pinch
- Sugar- 3tsp
- Orange colour-
- Almond Grated-1tsp
Method..........................
- Heat the wok, add milk powder + condensed milk, mix it and stir continuously for 10 min, make sure you don't over do it.
- Add green cardamom, food colour, mix it and fry about 2min.
- Take out in another vessels and leave for cool, now add sugar, now make balls and press them slowly.
- Bajrangi Peda (Milk Sweet Bites) is ready to eat.
