Ingredients.............................
- Boiled chicken - 1/4cup
- Sweet corns- 1/4cup
- Chicken stock cubes- 2
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder- 3pinch
- Egg- 1
- Corn starch dissolved in water- 1tsp
Method...............................
- Heat a Big pot , add 300ml water, now add 2 chicken cubes, wait for 1st boil.
- Now add chicken chunks and sweet corn, salt and black pepper pwd, stir continouly.
- After 1/2 min. add corn starch and cook again 5 min ,break the egg, whisk properly, now pour slowly slowly in soup,(it depends on you how thick you want ).
- Chicken Sweet corn soup is ready to serve.
