Mango Crushed Ice on Coco Sauce



Ingredients..........................

  1. Frozen mango Shake-1cup
  2. Coco Sauce

Method..................................
  • Make mango shake and pour in plastic cup and keep in freezer for 5 hours, take out from fridge and grate using Grater.

  • Now transfer to bowl quickly and put coco sauce on top.
  • Mango Crushed Ice on Coco Sauce is ready to serve.

Pear Pudding (Pear Ka Halwa)

 


Ingredients.............................

  1. Grated Pear-2
  2. Sugar-6tsp
  3. Cardamom pwd-2pinch
  4. Condensed Milk- 2tsp
  5. Clarified Buter/Desi Ghee-2tsp
  6. Raisins-2tsp
  7. Almond-4

Method...........................................
  • Heat the wok, pour butter -after 1/2 min add cardomom pwd and grated pear, fry till golden brown.

  • Now add sugar, raisins mix them properly , after 1 min add condensed milk and cook another 2 min, stir continuously.

  • Pear Pudding (Pear Ka Halwa) is ready to serve.

Ajwani Chicken (Chicken With Carom Seeds)


Ingredients..................................
  1. Chicken- 4pieces
  2. Curd-4tsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Green chopped chili- 2tsp
  5. Coriander pwd- 1/2sp
  6. Red chili pwd- 1tsp
  7. Ajwain/Carom Seeds- 1tsp
  8. Oil- 4tsp
  9. Turmeric pwd- 1/4tsp
  10. Fresh coriander chopped- 4tsp
  11. Grated ginger- 1tsp
  12. Grated garlic- 1tsp

Method............................
  • Take a bowl , place the chicken add red chili pwd, coriander pwd, salt, ajwain/Carom seeds, curd, turmeric pwd, grted ginger, garlic, chopped green chili and mix them well , keep in fridge for 4hours.

  • Now heat the wok, pour oil after 1min place marinated chicken in wok and fry from both sides brown.

  • After 5 min add rest marinated paste 1/4cup water , chopped coriander and cover the wok from lid and cook low heat for 15 min.

  • Ajwani Chicken (Chicken With Carom Seeds) is ready to serve..

Bajrangi Peda (Milk Sweet Bites)

Today is the last day of Jeshtha Bada Mangal 2012. I made Peda for Bajrang Bali (Hanumanji) and that's why I gave the name  Bajrangi Peda to my Recipe..................................
 

Ingredients..........................
  1. Milk Powder- 100gm
  2. Condensed Milk- 5tsp
  3. Green cardamom pwd- 3pinch
  4. Sugar- 3tsp
  5. Orange colour- 
  6. Almond Grated-1tsp
Method..........................
  • Heat the wok, add milk powder + condensed milk, mix it and stir continuously for 10 min, make sure you don't over do it.


  • Add green cardamom, food colour, mix it and fry about 2min.

  • Take out in another vessels and leave for cool, now add sugar, now make balls and press them slowly.

  • Bajrangi Peda (Milk Sweet Bites) is ready to eat.


Achari Daal (Pickle-yellow Lentil Soup)



Ingredients.........................

  1. Red lentil- 100gm soaked in water1/2hour
  2. Chopped onion- 1/2 cup
  3. Chopped green - 2
  4. Grated ginger- 1tsp
  5. Grated garlic- 1/2tsp
  6. Pickle- 2tsp
  7. Chopped coriander- 2tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil- 4tsp
  10. Mustard seeds- 1tsp
  11. Turmeric pwd- 1/2tsp
  12. Water- 300ml
Method...........................
  • First take a pressure cooker, add washed red lentil add 300ml water, turmeric pwd+salt and cook for 5 min or 3 whistle , keep aside,
  • Now heat the wok, pour oil after 1min add mustard seeds, onion, green chili, grated ginger, garlic fry till golden brown, now add pickle, mix them.


  • Now add cooked Daal / Lentil , chopped coriander and stir, now cook for 4 min.

  • Achari Daal (Pickle Yellow Lentil Soup) is ready to serve.

Lemonder Icer




Ingredients.............................

  1. Chopped Coriander- 5tsp
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Lemon juice- 4tsp
  4. Black pepper pwd- 1/2tsp
Method.........................
  • Take a blender add all things and blend .

  • Transfer to another vessels and keep it in fridge for 2 hours.
  • Lemonder Icer  is ready to drink.

Chicken Sweetcorn Soup



Ingredients.............................

  1. Boiled chicken - 1/4cup
  2. Sweet corns- 1/4cup
  3. Chicken stock cubes- 2
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Black pepper powder- 3pinch
  6. Egg- 1
  7. Corn starch dissolved in water- 1tsp


Method...............................
  • Heat a Big pot , add 300ml water, now add 2 chicken cubes, wait for 1st boil.

  • Now add chicken chunks and sweet corn, salt and black pepper pwd, stir continouly.


  • After 1/2 min. add corn starch  and cook again 5 min ,break the egg, whisk properly, now pour slowly slowly in soup,(it depends on you how thick you want ).

  • Chicken Sweet corn soup is ready to serve.

Cantaloupe Cooler




Ingredients......................
Cantaloup-1 cup dieced
Sugar- 5tsp
American Ginger Ale- 5tsp
Apple juice- 4tsp
Squash- 2tsp



Mehod........................

  • Take a Blender, add all things, make a smooth paste
  • Now keep in fridge for 2hours
  • Cantaloupe Cooler is ready to drink.
