- Chicken- 4pieces
- Curd-4tsp
- Salt to taste
- Green chopped chili- 2tsp
- Coriander pwd- 1/2sp
- Red chili pwd- 1tsp
- Ajwain/Carom Seeds- 1tsp
- Oil- 4tsp
- Turmeric pwd- 1/4tsp
- Fresh coriander chopped- 4tsp
- Grated ginger- 1tsp
- Grated garlic- 1tsp
Method............................
- Take a bowl , place the chicken add red chili pwd, coriander pwd, salt, ajwain/Carom seeds, curd, turmeric pwd, grted ginger, garlic, chopped green chili and mix them well , keep in fridge for 4hours.
- Now heat the wok, pour oil after 1min place marinated chicken in wok and fry from both sides brown.
- After 5 min add rest marinated paste 1/4cup water , chopped coriander and cover the wok from lid and cook low heat for 15 min.
- Ajwani Chicken (Chicken With Carom Seeds) is ready to serve..
