Ingredients................
- Plain flour- 100gm
- black pepper- 1pinch
- Chili sour sauce- 2tbsp
- Shredded cabbage- 1/2 cup
- Chopped tomatoes- 3tbsp
- Chopped onion- 3tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Desiccated coconut Optional- 1tbsp
Method................
- Make a smooth paste of plain flour using water and salt and black pepper.
- Heat the wok pour one big spoon of batter/paste and spread it thinly, now pour some drop of oil and make some cuts in between the wraps ,cook low medium heat, and cook both sides.
- Now spread chili hot sauce on the wrap and spread desiccated coconut , shredded cabbage, onion and tomato, you can sprinkle some oregano as well.
- Now fold it and enjoy the wraps with curd.
