Fried COLOCASIA (fried arvi, ghuiyaan)
Ingredients....................
Colocasia/Arvi/Ghuyaan-200gm
Oil- 4tbsp
Chili flacks- 1/2 tbsp
Chopped coriander- 2bsp
Salt to taste/ rock salt
Cumin Seeds- 1/2tbsp
Method..................
Boil the colocasia about 10 min or 3whistle , let it be cool and peel it.
Now heat the wok pour oil and add cumin seeds, chili flakes, fresh chopped coriander and fry about 1min then add diced colocasia and sprinkle salt , fry it about till light brown .
