Fried COLOCASIA (fried arvi, ghuiyaan)
Ingredients....................
- Colocasia/Arvi/Ghuyaan-200gm
- Oil- 4tbsp
- Chili flacks- 1/2 tbsp
- Chopped coriander- 2bsp
- Salt to taste/ rock salt
- Cumin Seeds- 1/2tbsp
Method..................
- Boil the colocasia about 10 min or 3whistle , let it be cool and peel it.
- Now heat the wok pour oil and add cumin seeds, chili flakes, fresh chopped coriander and fry about 1min then add diced colocasia and sprinkle salt , fry it about till light brown .
- Colocasia fried is ready to serve.
