Veggie Sausage



Ingredients......................

For marination.............

  1. Vegetable sausages-4
  2. Curd- 3tbsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Tandoori masala pwd- 2tbsp
  5. Black pepper- 1/2tbsp
  6. Oil- 2tbsp
  7. Ginger grated- 1/2tbsp
  8. Grated garlic- 1/2tbsp

Method....................
  • Mix all ingredients and marinate the sausages and keep in fridge for 1hour

  • 200oc, Pre-heat the oven
  • Place the sausages and cook till golden brown.


  • That;s it - Veggie sausages is ready to eat.

Spicy Lamb's Liver



Ingredients...................

  1. Lamb liver- 200gm (cut into 2inch pieces)
  2. Chopped onion- 1
  3. Chopped ginger- 1tbsp
  4. Chopped garlic- 1tbsp
  5. Turmeric pwd- 1tbsp
  6. Coriander pwd- 2tbsp
  7. Cumin pwd- 1bsp
  8. Chopped tomato-1
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Clove- 3-4
  11. Cinemom stick-1/2inch
  12. Mustard oil/vegetableoil- 8tbsp


Method.....................
  • Washed liver pieces(Make sure you add  some (1/4 tsp)turmeric powder while cleaning the liver and if there is some small layer of skin,on top of it remove it).
  • Now marinate liver pieces- add turmeric pwd, salt, cumin pwd, red chili pwd and coriander pwd, mix it well cover it from clingflim and put it in fridge for  1/2 hour

  • Heat a  pan and pour oil in it, add cinnamon, cloves, after 5 sec add chopped onion , ginger and garlic,fry them till it becomes soft, light brown and translucent.


  • Now add tomato and little salt and cumin pwd,  mix it all together till  it becomes soft, now add liver and fry them all together about 10 min. or till becomes dry, and hard.


  • Now add enough water to cover the  mixture(1/4 glass of water). If you want it to be semi-dry add some more water, occasionally stir-fry and cook in low flame.

  • Just let it sit in the flame for 15 minutes, now you can check it's tenderness with tooth pick.

  •  The liver fry will be ready, finally garnish with fresh coriander leaves and onion rings.

Bread Brittles




Ingredients......................

  1. Bread slices- 4
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Corriader chopped- 2tbsp
  4.  Coriander pwd- 1/2 tbsp
  5. Green chopped chili- 1
  6. Choped onion- 1/2
  7. Chopped ginger- 1/2tbsp
  8. Water -5-8tbsp
  9. Oil-10tbsp
Method.........................
  • Wet the bread slices and mix all ingredients like-- salt spices, water chopped chili, ginger,onion and make a smooth dough. Note- bread should not be more wet.

  • Now make a small ball and roll it using with rolling pin .

  • Heat the flat pan , drop some oil and place the bread brittle, cook from both sides crispy.

  • Bread brittles is ready to serve with ma yo or peanut relish.

Split Bengal Gram Soup (Chana Daal)




Ingredients....................

  1. Split Bengal gram/ chan daal- 200gm soaked in water about 2hour
  2. Sliced onion- 1/2
  3. Sliced tomato- 1/2
  4. Grated ginger- 1tbsp
  5. Green chopped chili- 1
  6. cumin seeds- 1tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil- 5tbsp
  9. Coriander pwd- 1tbsp
  10. Garam masal- /12tbsp
  11. Turmeric pwd- 1/2 tbsp
  12. Fresh chopped coriander for garnishing
  13. Water- 200ml

Method......................
  • Heat the wok pour oil, after 10 sec. add onion, ginger, cumin seeds and green chili ,fry 1/2 min then add sliced tomato and dry spices like(coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt).


  • After 1/2 add soaked chana daal/split Bengal gram and fry about 1 min, then add water cook about 15 min.or 5 whistle.

  • Split Bengal gram soup/ chana daal is ready to serve.

Blemished Egg Plant/Aubergine/ Brinjal



Ingredients.....................

  1. Chopped Onion- 1
  2. Chopped Ginger-2inch
  3. Chopped Garlic-4
  4. Safetied-2pinch
  5. Diced, peeled eggplant-1
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Five whole seeds-1/4 tbsp(fenugreek seeds,fennel seeds, mustard seeds,cumin seeds, black seeds)
  8. Chopped green chili-1
  9. Sliced Tomato-1/2
  10. Turmeric pwd-1/2tbsp
  11. Coriander Pwd-1/2tbsp
Method.........................
  • Heat the wok pour oil, after 4sec. add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chili and five whole seeds, fry about 1 min.or till golden brown.

  • Now add dices egg plant and fry about 1min, now add chopped tomato, turmeric pwd, coriander pwd, safetied, salt -mix it and cover for 2min, low medium heat.

  • Now mash eggplant with masher and fry about 2min.

  • Blemished Eggplant is ready to serve.

Green Peas Curry



Ingredients.................
  1. Green Peas- 200gm
  2. Potato Diced- 1
  3. Onion paste- 1bowl
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Turmeric Powder- 1/2tbsp
  6. Red Chili powder- 1/2tbsp
  7. Coriander powder- 1tbsp
  8. Garam masala-1/2tbsp
  9. Oil- 6tbsp
  10. Water- 1cup

Method..................

  • Next, make a smooth paste of green peas, using with mixer.
  • Heat he wok pour oil and after 5 sec add onion paste, all dry spices and salt fry till, golden brown.

  • Now add peas paste and again fry till thick, add potato and mix it well.


  • Now add water and cook about 15 min or 3 whistle

  • Green peas curry is ready to serve.
