Zucchini cutlets in Sauce


Ingredients.......................

For cutlet..............
  1. Zukini grated- 1cup
  2. Gram flour- 5tbsp
  3. Red chili flakes- 1tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Coriander powder- 1tbsp
  6. Garam masala- 1/2 tbsp
  7. Ginger grated- 1tbsp
  8. Garlic grated- 1tbsp
  9. Oil- 4tbsp
Sauce................
  1. Onion chopped- 1cup
  2. Tomato chopped- 1
  3. Curd- 4tbsp
  4. Grated Ginger- 1tbs
  5. Garlic grated- 1tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tbsp
  8. Coriander powder- 1tbsp
  9. Garam masala- 1/2 tbsp
  10. Red chili powder- 1/2 tbsp
  11. Fenugreek dry leaves- 2bsp
  12. Oil - 5tbsp

Method...........................
For cutlet...........
  • Mix all ingredients and make a small patties, heat the flat pan low medium heat pour some drop of oil and place the patties, again pour 1 tbsp oil and fry them till golden brown from both sides.


For sauce..................
  • Heat the wok and pour oil after 3sec add chopped onion and grated ginger, garlic and fry till light brown.


Now add chopped tomato, salt , and dry spices, mix it well and fry about 10 sec.

Now pour the mixture in mixer and make a smooth paste. then after transfer this paste into wok and now add curd, mix it and cook in low heat about 1 min, after that place the zucchini patties, off the gas and cover it about 15min.

Zucchini cutlet in Sauce is ready now sprinkle fenugreek dry leaves, and serve with bread.
