- Zukini grated- 1cup
- Gram flour- 5tbsp
- Red chili flakes- 1tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander powder- 1tbsp
- Garam masala- 1/2 tbsp
- Ginger grated- 1tbsp
- Garlic grated- 1tbsp
- Oil- 4tbsp
Sauce................
- Onion chopped- 1cup
- Tomato chopped- 1
- Curd- 4tbsp
- Grated Ginger- 1tbs
- Garlic grated- 1tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder- 1tbsp
- Garam masala- 1/2 tbsp
- Red chili powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Fenugreek dry leaves- 2bsp
- Oil - 5tbsp
Method...........................
For cutlet...........
- Mix all ingredients and make a small patties, heat the flat pan low medium heat pour some drop of oil and place the patties, again pour 1 tbsp oil and fry them till golden brown from both sides.
For sauce..................
- Heat the wok and pour oil after 3sec add chopped onion and grated ginger, garlic and fry till light brown.
Now add chopped tomato, salt , and dry spices, mix it well and fry about 10 sec.
Now pour the mixture in mixer and make a smooth paste. then after transfer this paste into wok and now add curd, mix it and cook in low heat about 1 min, after that place the zucchini patties, off the gas and cover it about 15min.
Zucchini cutlet in Sauce is ready now sprinkle fenugreek dry leaves, and serve with bread.
