Salted wheat bulgar


Ingredients........................
  1. Bulgar wheat/ cracked wheat- 250gm boiled
  2. Shredded cabbage-2tbsp
  3. Diced carrot- 3tbsp
  4. Peas- 3tbsp
  5. Green chopped chili- 1tbsp
  6. Grated ginger- 1tbsp
  7. Chopped tomato- 2tbsp
  8. Chopped onion- 2tbsp
  9. Mustard seeds- 1tbsp
  10. Garam masala- 1/2tbsp
  11. Red chili powder- 1/2tbsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Coriander powder- 1/2 tbsp
  14. oil- 4tbsp

Method....................
  • Heat the wok, pour oil and add onion and grated ginger and onion fry till light brown.

Then after add tomato,dry spices, salt and  fry about4 sec then add carrot and peas fry till tender.
Now add Bulgar wheat and mix it well and add cabbage, cover it about 1/2 min.

That's it Salted Bulgar wheat is ready to eat.
