Chana Dry Masala (Chickpeas Dry)



Ingredients....................
  1. Boiled chick peas/chole- 2cup
  2. Crushed Spice powder- 4tbsp (Dry whole spices---cine mom, black cardamom, green cardamom, bay leaf, red whole chili, black pepper, star knise, javitri, cumin seeds- 1tbsp, garlic- 3-4)
  3. Green chili- 2
  4. Ginger grated- 2tbsp
  5. Chopped onion- 1cup
  6. Turmeric powder- 1tbsp
  7. Red chili powder- 1/2 tbsp
  8. Garam masala- 1/2 tbsp
  9. Coriander powder- 1tbsp
  10. Chopped tomato- 1/2 cup
  11. Tomato sauce- 3tbsp
  12. Soy sauce- 3tbsp
  13. Salt to taste

Method.................
  • Heat the wok add oil after 3 sec, add cumin seeds, grated ginger, green chili and fry 1min then add onion fry till light brown.



Now add dry spiced, crushed whole spices and tomato, fry about 2min, now add tomato sauce, soy sauce, mix it well.



After 1 min add boiled chick peas/ chole and fry about 1 min again, then add 1/4 cup water, cook about 5min or 2 whistle.

Chana Dry Masala(Chikpeas Dry  ) is ready to eat
