Balck eye beans with spinach curry(lobia palak sabji)


Ingredients..................
  1. Black eye beans- 1cup soaked in water about 2hour
  2. Potato diced- 1
  3. Spinach chopped- 150gm
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Onion paste- 1cup
  6. Turmeric pwd- 1tbsp
  7. Coriander pwd- 1bsp
  8. Red chili pwd- 1tbsp
  9. Chopped tomato- 1
  10. Oil- 5tbsp



Method...............
  • Heat the wok pour oil after 2sec, add onion paste,dry spices, salt and chopped tomato fry till golden brown.
Now add spinach and drained black eye and fry about 1/2 min now add diced tomato.

Then add water according to you and cook about 10 min or 3 whistle.
  • Black eye spinach curry is ready to serve.

Waterchestnut flour Cutlet (Sighade ke aate ke cutlets)



Ingredients....................
  1. Water chest nut flour/sighade ke aata- 1/2cup
  2. Chopped raw potato- 1cup
  3. Chopped green chili- 2
  4. Cumin seeds- 1tbsp
  5. Rock salt/ salt to taste
  6. Coriander leaves chopped- 2tbsp
  7. Chili fakes optional- 1/2 tbsp
  8. Chopped ginger- 1/2 tbsp
  9. Oil- 10tbsp


Method....................
  • Mix all ingredients like chopped potato+flour+green chopped chili+salt_coriander chopped leaves+cumin seeds+Chilli flack es+ginger+ little bit of water.


Heat he flat pan pour 2tbsp oil ,Now make a Small patties and place on it cook low medium heat and fry from both side.

Water chest nut flour cutlets is ready eat.


Soya Spinach Curry


Ingredients...............
  1. Soya chunks- 10-25
  2. Chopped Spinach leaves- 150 gm
  3. Turmeric pwd- 1/2 tbsp
  4. Red chili pwd- 1/2 tbsp
  5. Coriander pwd-1bsp
  6. Tomato chopped- 1/4cup
  7. Diced Potato-1
  8. Salt to taste
Method.......................
  • First of all add soya chunks in a hot waer and leave about 20 mi. now wash in running water ,Heat the wok pour oil after 3second ass onion paste and dry spices.

Fry till golden brown now add chopped tomato and fry again for 1min.
  • Now add soya chunks potato, and spinach about 1/2 min then add water according to you, cook about 10 min or 3whitstle.


Soya Spinach Curry is ready to serve.

Apple Jam Cocktail


Ingredients................
  1. Apple jam- 2tbsp
  2. Yogurt- 1cup
  3. Apple juice- 1/4cup
  4. Rum-1 tbsp
Method................
  • Mix all ingredients in mixer grinder and make a liquid syrup
  • Apple Jam Cocktail is ready to serve

Hearty Gulab Jabun (Milk Powder Sweet)



Ingredients........................
  1. Ready made gulab jamun mix- 200gm
  2. Milk- 3tbsp
  3. Oil for fry- 1cup
  4. Sugar syrup- 1cup
Mehod..................
  • Take a big bowl, add gulab jamun mix, pour milk and kneed a soft dough, do not use more milk otherwise dough can be very loose.


Make a small balls, you can make a different shape according to you, now heat the wok pou oil and fry the balls.



Now transfer the balls to another vessel and pour lukewarm sugar syrup, cover it for 15 min.
Hearty Gulab Jamun is ready to eat.


Spicy Lentil Balls (Moondaal Balls)


Ingredients...............
  1. Split peeled green gram- 2cup soaked in water
  2. Cumin seeds- 2tbsp
  3. Grated ginger- 2tbsp
  4. Grated garlic- 1tbsp
  5. Chopped tomato-1/2cup
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil- 10tbsp
  8. Onion paste- 1/2cup
  9. Red chili pwd- 1tbsp
  10. Coriander pwd- 1tbsp
  11. Garam masala- 1/2 tbsp
  12. Mango powder- 1/2tbsp
  13. Turmeric pwd- 1tbsp

Method..................
  • Wash the split green gram and make a smooth paste using mixer, now heat the wok pour 5tbsp oil and add cumin seeds 1tbsp,green gram paste and salt, start stirring the lentil paste on a low heat.You have to continue until the lentil paste starts to thicken and starts coming together in a soft dough.About 15-20 minutes. Taste the lentils to ensure that the rawness is gone.
  • Once the dough starts forming, immediately remove from heat, coz the lentils will continue to cook for 5-10 minutes in the absorbed heat.,When the mixture is little bit cool, with oiled palms, roll into medium-sized balls, Set aside the balls.
  • Now heat the wok pour oil approx 10 tbsp, after 4sec add cumin seeds and ginger garlic grated paste , fry till light brown.
  • No add onion paste dry spices, salt and tomato now cook low medium heat about 5min. then after transfer the lentil balls in onion paste and mix them well, fry about 2 min.
  • Spicy Lentil Balls (Moonh daal Balls) is ready to serve.

Jack-fruit in Fried Onion (kathal do Pyaza)


Ingredients.........................
  1. Jack fruit peeled diced(kathal)- 250gm
  2. Potato diced- 1cup
  3. Sliced Onion- 6 - 1/2kg approx
  4. Whole spices- (black pepper- black cardamom, green cardamom, cine mom- garlic- 3-4, bay leaf, red whole chili-2, mace, cloves-3-4,star knise)
  5. Turmeric powder- 1tbsp
  6. Coriander powder- 1tbsp
  7. Garam masala- 1/2 tbsp
  8. Red chili powder- 1tbsp
  9. Mustard oil- 10tbsp
  10. Salt to taste

Method.............
  • Heat the wok , pour oil and fry 200 gm sliced onion till light brown, then after transfer to another vessel.
Now add whole spices, fry 1/2 min then add rest sliced onion and and fry till soft and brown.

Then add potato and fry 1min then after add jack fruit mix it well and cook 10 min low medium heat.
Now sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili, coriander powder, garam masala mix it well and cook again 1min , now add 1/2 cup water, you can adjust water according to you, but it should be semi dry, cook 10 min or 2whistle.

Now transfer to jack fruit pyaza in vessel and sprinkle fried onion on it, now kathal do pyaza is ready  to serve.
