Ingredients..................
- Black eye beans- 1cup soaked in water about 2hour
- Potato diced- 1
- Spinach chopped- 150gm
- Salt to taste
- Onion paste- 1cup
- Turmeric pwd- 1tbsp
- Coriander pwd- 1bsp
- Red chili pwd- 1tbsp
- Chopped tomato- 1
- Oil- 5tbsp
Method...............
- Heat the wok pour oil after 2sec, add onion paste,dry spices, salt and chopped tomato fry till golden brown.
Now add spinach and drained black eye and fry about 1/2 min now add diced tomato.
- Black eye spinach curry is ready to serve.
