Bengal Gram Saute


Ingredients.....................
  1. Bengal gram- 1 cup soaked in water about 2hours
  2. Mustard seeds- 1/2 tbsp
  3. Ginger chopped- 1 tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Asafotieda-  2pinch
  6. Green chili chopped -1
  7. Spring onion chopped-2tbsp
  8. Mango powder- 1/4 tbsp
  9. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tbsp
  10. Vegetable oil- 3tbsp

Method...................
  • Heat the wok add vegetable oil after 1 min add mustard seeds, green chopped chili, and ginger fry about 1 min then add turmeric powder, salt, spring onion and asafotieda.
  • After 1 min add washed- soaked bengal gram lentil and fry 2 min add 6 tbsp water and cover with lid and cook about 3 min.
  • Check the bengal gram if they cooked properly add coriander leaves and serve it   .
