Sweet Corns Grill Toast


Ingredients..................
  1. White bread slice- 6
  2. Tomato ketchup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Mushroom Sliced- 1/2 cup
  5. Sweet corns- 1 cup
  6. Mozzarella cheese- 1 cup
Method................
  • Pre heat the oven on 200oc, Spread toamto ketchup on the bread slice first.
  • Second place sliced mushrooms and green chopped chili if you want .
  • Third place cheese then sprinkle sweet corns and salt.
  • Place the bread slice in oven for 20 min.
  • Sweet Corn grill toast is ready to eat .

Paneer Toothpick (CottageCheese Toothpick )



Ingredients...............
  1. Cottage cheese- 200 gm
  2. Green bell pepper- 1
  3. Onion- 1
  4. Red bell pepper-1
  5. Mushrooms- 10
For Marination............
  1. Curd- 2 tbsp
  2. Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
  3. Red chili powder- 1tbsp
  4. Kasori methi- 2 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil- 2 tbsp
  7. Tomato Ketchup- 3 tbs

  8. Soya sauce- 2 tbsp



Method..................
  • Mix all ingredinets (curd, oil, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, kasoori methi) in a bowl .
  • Cut all ingredients in 1-1inch sized and marinate them in curd paste and cover it with clingfilm and leave it for 2 hour.
  • Pre -heat oven on 150oc , now pour mixture on grill and grill for 15 min the after turn  all veggie and grill another 3 min.
  • Cottage cheese/ Paneer toothpick is ready to eat .

Fruit Smoothie


Ingredients..............
  1. Banana-1
  2. Orange-1
  3. Apple-1
  4. Sugar- 2 tbsp
Method................
  • Peel the fruits and cut in small pieces.
  • Make a fine paste using mixer and add sugar .
  • Fruit Smoothie  is ready

Salted Rice (Namkeen chawal/ Tehree)


Ingredients...................
  1. Sliced onion- 2 tbsp
  2. Green chopped chili-4
  3. Bay leaf-1
  4. Clove-2 to 3
  5. Chopped ginger- 1tbsp
  6. Basmati Rice- 1 cup washed
  7. Peeled washed potato- 1/4 bowl
  8. Soya chunks- 1/4 bowl (soaked in hot water)
  9. Frozen peas- 1/4 bowl
  10. Cumin seeds- 1tbsp
  11. Oil for fry- 5 tbsp
  12. Tomato chopped- 1/2
  13. Mango Powder- 1/2 tbsp
  14. Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
  15. Red chili powder- 1/4 tbsp
  16. Garam masala- 1/4tbsp
  17. Salt to taste

Method....................
  • Heat the wok add oil and after 1 min add bay leaf, cumin seeds, chopped ginger, clove fry 1 min till light brown.
  • Now add Potato soya chunks and peas fry about 1 min then add chopped tomato and all dry spices.
  • After 1 min add washed basmati rice and mix it well and fry about 1 min, then add 1 1/2 bowl water and cover the lid, cook for 10 min or 1 whistle.
  • Salted rice is ready to eat with curd.

Egg Flat Bread (Egg Prantha)



Ingredients......................
  1. Raw egg-3
  2. Chopped Onion-2
  3. Green chili chopped- 3
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chili powder- 1/2tbsp
  6. Corriander leaves chopped-2tbsp
  7. Oil to fry Prantha

Method.................
  • Make dough out of whole-wheat flour (atta), ad 1tbsp oil and salt as you would do for any paratha/roti., and cover with clingflim or wet clothe for 30 minutes.
  • Break the eggs and add all ingredients like (chopped onion, green chili, salt , red chili powder, corriander leaves and mix it well.



  • Take a Ping-Pong ball size lump of dough. Now roll it 6 inch diameter slightly using dry flour, spread some oil, and make a fold like a picture.






  • Heat the tava/ fry pan very low heat place the parantha/ flat bread on it after 8 sec turn it another side now slowly open the layer of paratha and pour the egg on it. and leave it for 1 min.



  • Now turn it and spread some oil and cook till golden brown both sides.

  • Egg Flat Bread/ parantha is ready to eat with butter and tomato chutney/ sauce, you can see tomato sour sauce on this link
