Thai Coconut Soup




Ingredients.................................

  1. Fresh coconut meat- 1cup
  2. Coconut milk/cream- 4tbsp
  3. Water- 1/2cup
  4. Grated ginger- 1/2tsp
  5. Grated Garlic- 1/2tsp
  6. Thai red curry sauce- 1tbsp
  7. Thai curry pwd- 2pinch
  8. Lime juice- 1tbsp
  9. Agave nectar/ Honey- 1tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Sliced bellpepper-1/4 cup
  12. Sliced tomato seedless-1/4cup
  13. Chopped onion-1/2
  14. Green fresh corriander-2tbsp
  15. Green peas-1/4cup

Method............................
  • Make a smooth paste of coconut+cream+water+ginger+garlic+red thai curry sauce+lime juice+honey+curry pwd+salt.

  • Heat the wok pour paste add 1/2 cup water , now add bellpeppers+chopped onion+green peas+tomato, slow the heat and cook for 2-3min.

  • Thai Coconut Soup is ready to serve.
