- Fresh coconut meat- 1cup
- Coconut milk/cream- 4tbsp
- Water- 1/2cup
- Grated ginger- 1/2tsp
- Grated Garlic- 1/2tsp
- Thai red curry sauce- 1tbsp
- Thai curry pwd- 2pinch
- Lime juice- 1tbsp
- Agave nectar/ Honey- 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Sliced bellpepper-1/4 cup
- Sliced tomato seedless-1/4cup
- Chopped onion-1/2
- Green fresh corriander-2tbsp
- Green peas-1/4cup
Method............................
- Make a smooth paste of coconut+cream+water+ginger+garlic+red thai curry sauce+lime juice+honey+curry pwd+salt.
- Heat the wok pour paste add 1/2 cup water , now add bellpeppers+chopped onion+green peas+tomato, slow the heat and cook for 2-3min.
- Thai Coconut Soup is ready to serve.
