Oven Baked Breaded Chicken

Ingredients..................

1. Chicken Pieces- 5
2. Plain Flour- 4tbsp
3. Butter milk- 1/2cup
4. Salt to taste
5. Black pepper crushed- 1tbsp
6. Chili flacks - 1tbsp
7. Oregano- 1tsp
8. Mustard paste- 2tbsp
9. Oil-4tbsp
10. Bread crumbs white- 1cup

Method...........................

• Mix all ingredients exclude chicken and make thick paste,now cover the all chicken pieces in battered first.

• Then after code in bread crumbs, Pre- heat the oven 200oc place the chicken low the heat 175oc and bake from both sides .

• Tips- Don't put the chicken pieces in upper shelf in oven ......otherwise chicken can be burn, After 10 min., pour some drop of oil on pieces, now off the heat and leave them for 15 min. in oven.

• Oven Baked Breaded Chicken is ready to serve.
