Ingredients..................
- Cauliflower florets- 1cup
- Potato- 1small diced and peel
- Oil/Lard- 2tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped ginger- 1/2tbsp
- Chopped garlic- 1/2tbsp
- Turmeric pwd- 1/2 tbsp
- Curry pwd-1/4tbsp
- Chopped onion- 1
- Green chilli-1
Method........................
- Heat the oil pour oil/ lard, after 3sec, add chopped ginger, garlic and green Chili, fry till golden brown.
- Now add chopped onion, salt, turmeric pwd, curry pwd, and fry about 4sec.
- Now add cauliflower florets and diced potato and fry till golden brown, then add vegetable stock and cook about 1 min.
- Now take a jar pour the mixer, and make smooth paste............. then transfer to wok and check the constancy, cook 4 sec.
Cauliflower Creamy Soup is ready to eat.
