Potato- Peas Curry


Ingredients.................
  1. Potato diced and peeled- 1cup
  2. Green peas- 1cup
  3. Onion paste- 1cup
  4. Oil- 10tbsp
  5. Water- 1cup
  6. Turmeric powder- 1tbsp
  7. Coriander powder- 1tbsp
  8. Garam masala- 1/2tbsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Red chili powder- 1/2 tbsp
  11. chopped tomato- 1/2cup
Method................
  • Heat the wok and pour oil, after 1/2 min add onion paste and fry about 1/2 min then add all dry powder spices and salt.

Now add tomato and fry again 1 min the add  peas and fry about 1 min.




  • Now add water and cook about 4 min or 2 whistle.
Potato peas curry is ready to serve.
