Ingredients.................
- Potato diced and peeled- 1cup
- Green peas- 1cup
- Onion paste- 1cup
- Oil- 10tbsp
- Water- 1cup
- Turmeric powder- 1tbsp
- Coriander powder- 1tbsp
- Garam masala- 1/2tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder- 1/2 tbsp
- chopped tomato- 1/2cup
Method................
- Heat the wok and pour oil, after 1/2 min add onion paste and fry about 1/2 min then add all dry powder spices and salt.
Now add tomato and fry again 1 min the add peas and fry about 1 min.
- Now add water and cook about 4 min or 2 whistle.
Potato peas curry is ready to serve.
