Chicken Curry


Ingredients................
  1. Chicken- 800gm
  2. Onion- 3
  3. Garlic- 4-5
  4. Ginger- 2inches
  5. Turmeric powder- 1.5tbsp
  6. Coriander powder- 2tbsp
  7. Garam masala- 1 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Cumin powder- 1tbsp
  10. Red chili powder- 1.5 tbsp
  11. Mustard oil/ vegetable oil- 10tbsp
  12. Water for gravy- 150ml
Method..............
  • Make a smooth paste of onion, garlic and ginger.
  • Heat the wok pour oil after 1/2 min add onion paste and fry till thick about 2 min then add dry spices like turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder and cumin powder and fry about 1 min again.
  • Now add chicken and slow the heat and cook about 10 min , then after pour 150ml water according to you and cook about 15 min or 3whistle.
  • Chicken curry is ready to serve.
