BrocoMushFlat


Ingredients....................
  1. Broccoli diced- 1/2 cup
  2. Mushroom diced- 1/2 cup
  3. Rice batter- 1/2cup link is
  4. Puff sheets- 100gm
  5. Oil- 10tbsp

Method..................
  • Mix broccoli and mushroom in rice batter and keep aside , heat the wok and pour some drop of oil and pour broccoli mushroom mixture and cook till golden brown.
Pre- heat oven 200oc , Sprinkle a small amount of flour on the mat then roll out the puff pastry into a large rectangle. (It needs to be large enough to cut out 2 big circles). Cut out the circles with a large circular pastry cutter (if you don't have one you could use a bowl or glass that measures about 10cm across)


2 teaspoonful of crisp onto in the middle of the pastry.Place in a pre-heated oven at 200°C fan/220ÂșC/Gas 7 for 10 - 15 minutes until the pastry is risen and golden.

BrocoMush Flat is ready to serve.
