Egg Fried Rice


Ingredients.................
  1. Egg scramble plain-1bowl
  2. Boiled rice- 3cup
  3. Sliced onion-1/4cup
  4. Diced Carrot-1/4cup
  5. Shredded cabbage-1/4cup
  6. Sliced capsicum- 1/4cup
  7. Green peas-1/4cup
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Soy sauce- 2tbsp
  10. Vinegar- 3tbsp
  11. Oil- 7tbsp
  12. Cumin seeds- 2tbsp
Method................
  • Heat the wok pour oil after 2second add cumin seeds and fry , now add sliced onion fry about 1/2min then add carrot, peas, bell pepper fry 1min till tender.
  • Now add boiled rice , salt and mix it well after 1 min add soy sauce, vinegar and cabbage, again mix it .
  • Now add egg scramble plain and fry about 1min.
  • Egg fried rice is ready to serve.
