Buckwheat Flour flat Bread ( kuttu Parantha)


Ingredients...................
  1. Buckwheat flour- 1cup
  2. Rock Salt- 1/2 tbsp
  3. Boiled potato- 1
  4. Water- 1/4 cup
  5. Oil- 6tbsp
Method.................
  • Take a large bowl and combine together the buckwheat flour/kuttu atta, potatoes and salt, add sufficient water and make flexible dough. Knead well.
  • Divide the dough into eight pieces and shape them into round balls using dry flour, Roll out these balls into chapatti.
  • Heat the flat pan/ tawa drop some drop of oil, reduce the heat and place the prantha very carefully and flip after 1/2 min and pour 1/2 tbsp oil on it and spread all over.

Again flip and cook on the other side.
 Remove when well done on both sides.
