Steamed Muthia Kebabs




Ingredients..........................

  1. Grated Bottel-gourd / Lauki- 200gm
  2. Gram flour-5tsp
  3. Wheat flour- 2tsp
  4. Semolina- 2tsp
  5. Oil- 4tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Grated ginger- 1/4tsp
  8. Mango pwd- 1/2tsp
  9. Turmeric pwd- 1/4tsp
  10. Coriander pwd- 1/2tsp
  11. Red chili pwd- 1tsp


For Tempering ..........................
  1. Mustard seeds- 1tsp
  2. Red chili pwd- 1/4tsp
  3. Seasme seeds- 1/2tsp
  4. Turmeric pwd-1/4tsp
  5. Corriander pwd- 1/2tsp
  6. Green chopped chili- 2
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil-3tsp

Method..................................
  • Take a big bowl add gram flour+grated bottel-gourd+ wheat flour +semolina+salt+ dry spices+ oil +yeast and make smooth/semi loose dough.

  • Heat the wok or big pot for steaming, add water, now take a small dough like lemon and make them like slender shape , now water is boiling add steam mould ,place sleder shape dough, cover them from lid and cook for 15 min.

  • Now check the dough using knife/fork if it comes plain that means dough is ready, otherwise coock again for 5min.


  • Take off the dough and leave it for cool, heat the wok again, add oil after 1/2 min add sesame seeds, mustard seeds, green chili, ginger, salt and dry spices fry for4second add steamed muthia and fry for 1 min.

  • Steamed Muthia Kebabs is ready to serve.

Coconut Yoghurt


Ingredients..........................

  1. Fresh coconut- 75gm
  2. Single cream- 2tsp
  3. Yoghurt- 1/4cup
  4. Sugar- 4tsp
  5. Milk- 6tsp

Method...................
  • Take mixer jar add all things and make creamy texture.

  • Transfer to another bowl and keep in fridge for 1 hour.

  • Coconut Yoghurt is ready to serve.

Hanuman Boondi (Orange sugary Drops )

Ingredients........................
  1. Gram flour- 3tsp
  2. Plain flour/Maida- 2sp
  3. Yeast- 2pinch
  4. Food colour orange- 1pinch
  5. Water- 1/4cup
  6. Sugar syrup- 1cup
  7. Green Cardamom pwd- 2pinc
  8. Oil- 1/2 cup

Method.........................
  • Take a big bowl, add gram flour, plain flour, yeast and make smooth semi thick paste using water (battered should not be watery otherwise drops will not come out round shape ) , keep aside for10 min.

  • Now heat the wok, here I am using drainer you can use hole spatula as well, pour the battered in drainer and fry the boonies/ drops.

  • Now put the fried boondies in sugar syrup (for hanuman boondies sugar syrup consistency should be one string) and cover it from lid for 10 min.

  • Hanuman Boondi is ready to eat.


Uttapam Pizza




Ingredients............................

  1. Rice flour-1cup
  2. Black Lentil skinless Soaked in water- 1/2cup
  3. Bell pepper chopped- 1/2cup
  4. Sweet corn- 1/2 cup
  5. Onion chopped- 1/2 cup
  6. Cottage cheese/paneer grated- 1/4cup
  7. Tomato chopped- 1/2cup
  8. Green chilli- 1
  9. salt to taste
  10. Oil- 10 tsp
  11. Yeast- 2pinch
  12. Green peas- 1/3cup
  13. Cheddar cheese slice- 1

Method..................
  • First make  smooth paste, pour rice flour in mixer and add soaked black lentil skin less, yeast and salt according to you, take out from mixer and keep a side for 2 hours.

  • Heat the wok , pour some drop of oil and now pour rice batter about 4 tsp and make a round shape like picture.

  • Sprinkle onion, peas, sweet corn, bell pepper, tomato, cottage cheese cook about15 second, now turn and cook 1/2 min again.

  • Now turn and place the cheddar cheese slice and leave for 1min.

  • Uttapam Pizza is ready to serve.

Mughlai Chicken


Ingredients......................

  1. Chicken- 4pieces
  2. Sliced onion- 1cup
  3. Grated ginger- 1tsp
  4. Grated garlic- 1/2 tsp
  5. Coconut grated- 2tsp
  6. Almond powder- 4tsp
  7. Dried fenugreek leaves- 3sp
  8. Black pepper- 1/4tsp
  9. Red chili pwd- 1/2tsp
  10. Corriander pwd- 1tsp
  11. Cumin pwd- 1tsp
  12. Turmeric pwd- 1/4 tsp
  13. Sal to taste
  14. Cream -4tsp
  15. Tomato chopped- 4tsp
  16. Oil- 10tsp


Method...........................
  • Het the wok ,pour oil after 1/2 min add sliced onion and fry till transparent, now take out and transfer in mixer ,make smooth paste.


  • Now add ginger, garlic fry till golden brown after 1/2 min add chicken and fry for 1/2 min.

  • Now add red chili pwd, coriander pwd, cumin pwd, turmeric pwd, salt and fenugreek leaves and fry for 1/2 min. then add onion paste, coconut grated, tomato chopped,almond pwd and cook for 1min or 3whistle, open the lid add cream and stir fry for 1/2 min.

  • Mughlai Chicken is ready to serve.

Egg poach


Ingredients....................
  1. Egg- 1
  2. Metal Ring-1
Method.....................
  • Place a pan, half  filled with water on a medium heat, after 1/2 min place metal ring in the pan and bring to  simmer

  • Crack egg on pour in the metal ring,  and leave to cook for 1-2 min, off the heat, now with a clothe to protect your hand remove the metal ring from pan, leaving the eggs still in.

  • Take out  the egg carefully and serve immediately on some toast.
