Ingredients........................
- Spinach chopped- 1/2cup
- Green ped- 4tsp
- Salt to taste-
- Grated ginger- 1/2tsp
- Pepper pwd- 2pinch
- Wet poha- 1cup
- Mustard seeds- 1/4tsp
- oil- 1tsp
Method...........................
- Heat the wok add oil after 1 min, add mustard seeds, pepper pwd and grated ginger afry for 1/2 min. now add chopped spinach, green peas, salt cook for 2-3 min.
- Now add drained poha mix them and cover them for 2 min.
- Spinach Poha is ready to eat.
