Ingredients.................................
- Wheat flour - 250gm
- Lukewarm water- 2cup
- Green peas-1cup
- Cumin seeds- 1/tsp
- Ginger-1inch
- Garlic- 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric pwd- 1/2tsp
- Coriander pwd- 1/2tsp
- Fresh corriander- 3tsp
- Oil- 4tsp
- Red chili pwd- 1/2tsp
Method.................................
- Take a bowl add flour and pour water and make smooth dough keep a side for 10-15 min.
- Take a chopper add green peas, ginger, garlic and make dry paste
- Heat the wok add oil after 2 min add cumin seeds, n peas paste, stir it and afetr 2-3 min add dry powder spices, salt mix them properly and fry again for 3-4 min, take a side.
- Now take small piece of dough like lime and roll it for 1/2 inch dia meter, put 1 spoon peas mixture and seal nicely.
- Heat the wok ,Now roll the flat bread 3 inch diameter now palce the flat bread on pan and cook from both sides put some oil on top also.
- Green Peas Stuffed Flat bread is ready to eat.
