- Boiled potato-2
- Singhara flour- 7tsp
- Rock salt/ plain salt
- Fresh coriander- 2tsp
- Green chilli- 1/4tsp
- Grated ginger- 1/2tsp
- Cumin pwd- 1/2tsp
- Grated paneer- 2tsp
- Sesame seeds- 4tsp
- Poppy seed- 5tsp
- Yogurt- 2tsp
- Tomato puree- 3tsp
- Oil- 2tbsp
Method..................................
- Take a bowl add mashed -boiled potato, grated ginger, salt little bit, fresh coriander n flour mix them and make pliable dough, keep a side
- Now make smooth paste of sesame seeds , green chili, poppy seeds, puree, cumin pwd, n ginger.
- Now make small balls and fill grated paneer in middle, fry them golden brown.
- Take out excess oil , now add paste and fry for 2-4 min, low medium heat, put some water, fresh coriander, salt and leave for 1st boil, now add fried balls and cook for 1-2 min,
- Turn off the gas Paneer kofta is ready to eat.
