Prawns with Marrow


Ingredients......................................

  1. Prawn- 1/4cup
  2. Tomato- 1/4
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Marrow- 1/4cup diced
  5. Garlic- minced- 2 pinch
  6. Onion-2tsp
  7. Fresh coriander-1tsp
  8. Oil- 2tsp
Method.............................
  • Heat the wok add oil after 2-3 min. add garlic, onion and fry for 4-5 sec.

  • Now add marrow , prawns , tomato, salt, fresh coriander and cover them cook for 4-5 min.


  • Prawns with Marrow   is ready.

Spinach Cauliflower


Ingredients....................

  1. Florets- 10-12
  2. Pealed diced potato- 4-5 chunks
  3. Chopped spinach- 1cup
  4. Chopped onion- 1/2cup
  5. Tomato paste- 3tsp
  6. Grated ginger- 1tsp
  7. Turmeric pwd- 1/2tsp
  8. Coriander pwd- 1/2tsp
  9. Green chili- 1
  10. Oil- 4tbsp
  11. Cumin seeds- 1/2tsp
  12. Salt to tatse
Method.............................
  • Heat the wok add oil after 3-4 min add florets, and potato fry on high heat, take out slow the heat and put cumin seeds, chopped onion, grated ginger and fry for 1-2- min.

  • Add tomato paste, dry spices, salt mix them properly and fry for 2-3 min. now add chopped spinach florets, potato and cook for 2-3 min. cover them on low heat.



  • Spinach Cauliflower is ready to eat.



Green Peas Stuffed Flat bread/ Pratha




Ingredients.................................

  1. Wheat flour - 250gm
  2. Lukewarm water- 2cup
  3. Green peas-1cup
  4. Cumin seeds- 1/tsp
  5. Ginger-1inch
  6. Garlic- 2 cloves
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Turmeric pwd- 1/2tsp
  9. Coriander pwd- 1/2tsp
  10. Fresh corriander- 3tsp
  11. Oil- 4tsp
  12. Red chili pwd- 1/2tsp
Method.................................
  1. Take a bowl add flour and pour water and make smooth dough keep a side for 10-15 min.
  2. Take a chopper add green peas, ginger, garlic and make dry paste
  3. Heat the wok add oil after 2 min add cumin seeds, n peas paste, stir it and afetr 2-3 min add dry powder spices, salt mix them properly and fry again for 3-4 min, take a side.



  1. Now take small piece of dough like lime and roll it for 1/2 inch dia meter, put 1 spoon peas mixture and seal nicely.

  1. Heat the wok ,Now roll the flat bread 3 inch diameter now palce the flat bread on pan and cook from both sides put some oil on top also.



  1. Green Peas Stuffed Flat bread is ready to eat.

Prawn Rice Noodle


Ingredients..............................

  1. Rice noodle- 200gm
  2. Garlic minced- 1/2tbsp
  3. Sesame oil- 2tsp
  4. Soy sauce- 1tsp
  5. Vinegar- 1tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Black pepper crushed- 1/2tbsp
  8. Red bell pepper- 1/4cup
  9. Cabbage shredded- 1/2cup
  10. Onion- 1/4cup sliced
  11. Stick of carrot- 1/4cup
  12. Cooked pealed prawn- 1/4cup
Method..............................
  • Heat the wok add sesame oil after 2 min. add onion, carrot, bell pepper and prawn fry them for 1 -2 min.
  • Now add rice noodle, cabbage, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper, stir them for 10 min.



  • Prawn Rice Noodle is ready to eat.

Kadhahi Paneer For Navratri


Ingredients............................

  1. Paneer- 1cup dieced
  2. Cumin pwd - 1/2tsp
  3. Salt ot taste- rock salt
  4. Fresh corriander-2tsp
  5. Tomato puree- 3tsp
  6. Grated ginger- 1/4tsp
  7. Cashew paste- 2tsp
  8. Green chilli-1
  9. oil- 2tbsp
  10. Lemon juice- 1/2tsp
Method............................
  • Take a mixer and grind cumin, ginger, cashew, tomato puree, green chilli. 
  • Heat the wok, add oil aftr 1-2 min, add paste and fry till golden brown now add fresh corinader and paneer .
  • Fry them for 1-2 min, now add water n cook again for 10 min. Kadhahi Paneer For Navratri is ready to serve

Paneer kofta



Ingredients....................................

  1. Boiled potato-2
  2. Singhara flour- 7tsp
  3. Rock salt/ plain salt
  4. Fresh coriander- 2tsp
  5. Green chilli- 1/4tsp
  6. Grated ginger- 1/2tsp
  7. Cumin pwd- 1/2tsp
  8. Grated paneer- 2tsp
  9. Sesame seeds- 4tsp
  10. Poppy seed- 5tsp
  11. Yogurt- 2tsp
  12. Tomato puree- 3tsp
  13. Oil- 2tbsp
Method..................................
  • Take a bowl add mashed -boiled potato, grated ginger, salt little bit, fresh coriander n  flour mix them and make pliable dough, keep a side
  • Now make smooth paste of sesame seeds , green chili, poppy seeds, puree, cumin pwd, n ginger.
  • Now make small balls and fill grated paneer in middle, fry them golden brown.
  • Take out excess oil , now add paste and fry for 2-4 min, low medium heat, put some water, fresh coriander, salt and leave for 1st boil, now add fried balls and cook for 1-2 min,


  • Turn off the gas Paneer kofta  is ready to eat.

Grilled pineapple

  1. Pineapple strips- 4-5
  2. Sugar- 3tsp
  3. Green cardamom- 2pinch
Method............................
  • Wrap the pineapple in sugar n green cardamom pwd  and put them on hot wire.




  • Turn them one by one. Grilled pineapple  is ready to eat.

Spinach Poha


Ingredients........................

  1. Spinach chopped- 1/2cup
  2. Green ped- 4tsp
  3. Salt to taste-
  4. Grated ginger- 1/2tsp
  5. Pepper pwd- 2pinch
  6. Wet poha- 1cup
  7. Mustard seeds- 1/4tsp
  8. oil- 1tsp
Method...........................
  • Heat the wok add oil after 1 min, add mustard seeds, pepper pwd and grated ginger afry for 1/2 min. now add chopped spinach, green peas, salt cook for 2-3 min.

  • Now add drained poha mix them and cover them for 2 min.


  • Spinach Poha is ready to eat.

Arvi Dum


Ingredients.........................

  1. Arvi (colocasia)- 5-6
  2. Fresh cumin pwd- 1tsp
  3. Yogurt- 2tbsp
  4. Rock salt/ palin salt
  5. Tomato puree- 3tbsp
  6. Fresh coriander chopped- 2tsp
  7. Grate ginger- 1/2tsp
  8. Crushed chilli- 2pinch
  9. Oil/ clarified butter- 1tbsp
Method.................................
  • Peeled and wash the arvi and cut into 4 pieces. heat the wok add oil and fry them till golden brown.


  • Now take a bowl add salt, tomato puree, yogurt, fresh coriander, ginger, chilli and mix them properly.

  • Now put the paste in rest oil and fry for 2-4 min, stir paste continuously now add little water according to you, add fried arvi and stir again for first boil ,cover them and cook 3-4 min low medium heat .


  • Arvi Dum   is ready to eat.
