Ingredients............................
- Tomato- 4
- Ricotta cheese- 3tbsp
- Boiled potato- 1 mashed
- Rock salt/plain slat
- Grated ginger- 1/4tsp
- Crushed chill- 2pinch
- Coriander- chopped- 1tbsp
- Oil- 2tsp
Method............................
- Wash the tomatoes and take out seeds out .
- Now heat the wok, add oil after 2 min, add grated ginger and ricotta cheese, dry them for 4-5 min.
- Now add mashed potato, salt, coriander, chilli and mix them properly n fry for 3-4 min again.
- Take out filling keep a side, now heat the wok again, put some oil fill the tomatoes and fry them for 3-4 min, on low medium heat.
- Ricotta Stuffed Tomato is ready to eat.
