Ingredients.............................
- Cauliflower florets- 4-5
- Rice- 1cup
- Green peas- 1/2cup
- Chopped onion- 3tbsp
- Grated Ginger- 1tbsp
- Cumin seeds- 1/2tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Tomato paste- 2tbsp
- Turmeric pwd- 1/4tbsp
- Corriander pwd- 1/4tbsp
Method.................................
- First wash the rice and keep in water for 15 min.
- Heat the wok, add oil after 2min, add cumin seeds ,chopped onion, ginger fry for 2 min. now add cauliflower and peas, tomato paste, tumeric pwd, salt , corriander pwd, mix them nicely.
- After 3-4 min. add rice stir them , now add water according to you. cook for 10 min or 1 whistle.
- Do not cook too much other wise cauliflower get more tender.
- Cauliflower Rice is ready
