Ingredients.................................
- Canned Beans- 1cup drained
- Parsley /Fresh corrinader- 1tbsp
- Virgin oil- 2tbsp
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Lemon juice- 1/2tbsp
- sliced onion
- Sliced tomato
- Sliced cucumber
- Wholemeal Seeded bread- 2
Method.........................
- Put all things like beans, corrinader, lemon juice, oil, salt and black pepper in chopper and chop them.
- Now take bread spread beans paste , onion, cucumber, tomato and pack with another bread slice .
- Greek Salad Sandwich is ready to eat.
