Ingredients............................
- Rice half cooked- 1cup
- Green peas- 1/4cup
- Mustard seeds- 1/2cup
- salt to taste
- Oil- 1tbsp
Method..............................
- Heat the wok, add oil after 1-2 min add mustard seeds when they start to spattered put green peas salt according to you and cook for 1/ min.
- Now sprinkle half cooked rice and cover them from the lid for 10 min. on low heat.
- Mustard Rice is ready to eat.
