Ingredients..................
- Split red lentil/Masoor daal- 100gm
- Onion chopped- 1
- Green chili-1tbsp
- Red chili powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander powder- 1tbsp
- Cumin powder- 1tbsp
- Garlic- 2
- Ginger-1tbsp

- Water- 1cup
- Oil for fry- 10tbsp
- Kasoori methi- 3tbsp
Making balls..........
- Make a smooth paste of red soaked lentil, garlic, green chili and ginger using mixer.
- Heat the wok and mix all other dry spices, now pour some drop of oil in wok and drop one spoon fritters, fry 1/2 min and add 5tbsp water and slow heat and cook 1/2 min then take out to another bowl.
- Heat the wok again pour 5 tbsp oil, now add onion paste and add dry spices cook about 2 min then add water and cook 2 min then add fritters cook again 1 min.
- Red lentil balls in curry ready to serve, you can use kasoori methi for sprinkle.
