- Whole Sea-bass-1
- Garlic-1
- Ginger-2pinch
- Salt to taste
- Coriander- 4-5 bunch
- Lemon juice- 1tsp
- Green chili- 1
- Oil-3tsp
Method.......................
- Make a smooth paste, slit the fish from both sides
- Now spread the paste all over and bake it in 200oc in over for 15 min. from both sides.
- Baked Fish ia ready to eat
