Baked Fish


Ingredients.......................


  1. Whole Sea-bass-1
  2. Garlic-1
  3. Ginger-2pinch
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Coriander- 4-5 bunch
  6. Lemon juice- 1tsp
  7. Green chili- 1
  8. Oil-3tsp

Method.......................

  1. Make a smooth paste, slit the fish from both sides
  2. Now spread the paste all over and bake it in 200oc in over for 15 min. from both sides.
  3. Baked Fish ia ready to eat

Ingredients.................

1. Satsuma- 5-6
2. Apple-2-3
3. Honey-2tsp


Method.........................

  • Take a juicer add peeled satsuma and apple, put some water, and grind them
  • Now take a drainer, drain the smoothies, add honey , mix them properly you can use sugar instead-of honey.
  • SunShine ready.

Apple Jam


Ingredients...........................


  1. Shaved,sliced, seedless Apple- 2-3
  2. Sugar-400gms
  3. Lemon juice- 3tsp
  4. Water-1/4cup

Method...............................

  • Heat the wok add water and just let it be boiling, after 3-4 mins add sliced apple and cook for 15 min.
  • After 15 min, mash all apple slices and add sugar mix them and cook them low medium heat for 15 -20 min.
  • Now turn off the gas and  add lemon juice mix them. 
  • Apple jam is ready

Crumbed See-bass with avocado Salsa

Ingredients............................

  1. See-bass fillets-2
  2. Fine bread crumb - 10 spoon
  3. Fenugreek leaves- 1/tsp
  4. Fresh corriander chopped- 1/2tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Black pepper-2pinch
  7. Lemeon juice-2tsp
  8. Capers- 1tsp
  9. Mint leaves- 4-5
  10. Tomato-1 medium
  11. Oil-7tbsp
  12. Grated ginger- 2pinch
  13. Egg-1
  14. Flour-3tsp


Method.........................

  • Wash the fillets and sprinkle little salt on top....keep them in fridge for 10min.
  • Now take a pan break egg , put some seasoning and whisk properly, keep a side......now  take a plate put bread crumb , add coriander, salt, fenugreek leaves, grated ginger mix them.
  • Salsa- cut the avacado, tomato, capers, salt, lemon juice and mix them salsa ready.
  • Heat the oil coad the fillet in flour, egg batter and bread crumb fry them from both sides.

Methi Mix Makke Ki Roti


Ingredients...........................................


  1. Makke ka aata - 2cup
  2. Fresh chopped methi-1/4cup
  3. Carom seeds- 1/4tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Asafotieda- 2pinch
  6. Clarified butter
  7. Butter Papper- 1sheet cut into half 

Method................................

  • Take a pan add flour , asafotieda, carom seeds, salt mix all togather and make smooth dough using with Luke warm water cover it for 20 min.


  • Heat the wok place the butter paper ............now take a small piece of dough n put middle of paper - place another piece of paper on top n roll it for 3 inch diameter .


  • Take out the sheet and place the roti on pan cook from both sides, spread  clarified butter and enjoy.



  • Methi Mix Makke Ki Roti is ready.

Gajar Ka Halwa (Sweet Minced Carrot)


Ingredients.......................................


  1. Chopped Carrot- 2cup
  2. Sugar- 1/2cup
  3. Cardamom Pwd- 2pinch
  4. Milk- 1/4 cup
  5. Double cream- 1/2 cup
  6. Clarified Butter- 3tsp
  7. Dry fruits chopped-4tsp

Method.................................

  • Heat the wok add chopped carrot, milk and double cream cook for 20-25 min.


  • Now add sugar, cardamom pwd and cook again for 15- 20 min.


  • Add dry fruits, Clarified butter  and stir for 10-15 min.

  • Gajar Ka Halwa (Sweet Minced Carrot) is ready to eat .

Rajasthani Red Chicken



Ingredients..............................


  • Chicken - 1kg
  • Onion paste- 2medium
  • Ginger paste- 11/2tbsp
  • Garlic paste- 1tbsp
  • Turmeric pwd- 1tbsp
  • Green cardomom- 4
  • Cinemom stic- 1/2inch
  • Cloves- 3-5
  • Bay leaves- 3-4
  • Yougurt- 4tbsp
  • Lemon juice- 2tbsp
  • Black Cardomom-3
  • Salt to taste
  • Corriander seeds- 11/2tbsp
  • Poppy seeds- 1tbsp
  • Cumin seeds- 1tbsp
  • Food colour- 1pinch orange (optional)
  • Tomato puree- 7tbsp
  • Red chili pwd- 1tbsp
  • Oil- 5tsp


Method................................



  1. Clean the chicken and marinate with yogurt , food colour, salt, onion paste ginger garlic paste.....but use only 1tbsp paste not all just for marination .

  1. Heat the wok add all dry spices and roast them for 1-2 min. and make smooth paste with tomato puree.
  2. Now heat the wok add oil after 1/2 min. add bay leaves and onion garlic ginger paste fry them for 3-4 min. now add tomato and spices paste fry for 2-3 min. again.


  1. Now add marinated chicken cover then and cook for 15-20 min. low medium heat.



  1. Now add water according to your consistency, salt little bit  and cook for 10 min .or 1-2 whistle.


  1.  Rajasthani Red Chicken is ready to eat.

Sauji Egg Curry


Ingredients.....................


  1. Boiled egg- 5-6
  2. Oil- 5tbsp
  3. Mace- 1-2
  4. Cinnemom- 1/2inch
  5. Turmeric pwd- 1/2tsp
  6. Green Cardomom-3
  7. Cumin seeds- 1/2tsp
  8. Corriander seeds- 1-1/2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Chopped onion- 2medium
  11. Ginger - 1/2tsp
  12. Garlic-3clove
  13. Clove-3-4
  14. Poppy seeds- 1tsp
  15. Red chiili dry- 1-2
  16. Tomato Puree- 8tbsp

Method....................................

  • Heat the wok add all dry whole spices and roast them for 2-3 min.

  • Now take a jar add whole spices and tomato puree ..make smooth paste.

  • Heat the wok add oil after 2 min. add chopped onion, ginger, garlic fry them low medium heat for 3-4 min. 


  • Now add tomato paste, turmeric pwd, salt mix them and fry for 4-5 min. again.


  • Add boiled egg fry for 1-2 min, now add water 2 cup , cover the pan and  cook for 5-7 min. or 2whistle.



  • Sauji Egg Curry is ready to eat.

Anarse Part-2



Ingredients................................

  1. Rice flour- 1cup
  2. Sugar- 1/2cup
  3. Clarified butter- 4tsp
  4. Milk- 5tsp
  5. Oil for ryting-1 cup
  6. Sesame seeds- 2tsp
Method.....................................
  • Take a bowl add flour, butter, sugar and kneed smooth dough using with milk.
  • Keep aside for 5-6 hour.
  • Heat the oil very low heat make the small balls and wrap them in sesame seeds. now fry them.
  • Anarse is ready to eat

Hole Paratha For kids


Ingredients...............................

  1. Boiled potato-1
  2. Fresh corrinader chopped- 1tbsp
  3. Grated ginger- 3pinch
  4. Chopped onion- 3tbsp
  5. Salt to tatste
  6. Green chilli chopped
  7. Wheat flour Dough
  8. Oil-  5tbsp
Method...................................
  • Take  a bowl add all ingredients, mash them nicely.

  • Now take small piece of dough and roll little bit , put 1 spoon filling and tie them nicely.


  • Now roll the bread and make small hole.


  • Heat the pan place the bread/ paratha, put some oil drop n  cook from both sides.


  • Hole Paratha For kids is ready to eat.
