Hole Paratha For kids


Ingredients...............................

  1. Boiled potato-1
  2. Fresh corrinader chopped- 1tbsp
  3. Grated ginger- 3pinch
  4. Chopped onion- 3tbsp
  5. Salt to tatste
  6. Green chilli chopped
  7. Wheat flour Dough
  8. Oil-  5tbsp
Method...................................
  • Take  a bowl add all ingredients, mash them nicely.

  • Now take small piece of dough and roll little bit , put 1 spoon filling and tie them nicely.


  • Now roll the bread and make small hole.


  • Heat the pan place the bread/ paratha, put some oil drop n  cook from both sides.


  • Hole Paratha For kids is ready to eat.

Red Fish curry


Ingredients.................................

  1. Fish pieces- 4-6
  2. Onion seeds- 4pinch
  3. Safforan / food colour- /2 pinch 
  4. Turmeric pwd- 1/4tbsp
  5. Mustard paste- 1/2tbsp
  6. 5 spices pwd- 1/2tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Tomato paste-1/4cup
  9. fresh Cumin seed pwd- 1/4tbsp
  10. Garlic paste- 1/4tbsp
  11. Ginger paste-
  12. Water- 1cup
  13. Fresh corriander
  14. Oil for frying- 4tsp
Method..........................
  • Wash the fish pieces and marinate with salt and turmeric pwd, leave them for 1/2 an hour
  • Take a mixer and add fresh cumin pwd, tomato paste, 5 spices pwd, ginger, garlic, mustard paste and little bit water make smooth paste.

  •  Now heat the wok add oil and after 2 min, place the fish pieces and fry from both sides.
  • Take out and put onion seeds in rest oil after 4 second add paste , salt and fry for 3-5 min. low medium heat.


  • Add water according to your consistency let it be boil and  put some food color/ safforan , add fried fish pieces and cook again for 2-3 min.



  • Red fish curry is ready to serve.

Pickle Baby Aubergine (Achari Baigan)


Ingredients................................

  1. Baby Aubergine- 6-7
  2. OIl- 7tsp
  3. Tomato puree-3tbsp
  4. Fresh coriander-4tsp
  5. Turmeric pwd- 1/2tsp
  6. Corriander pwd- 1tsp
  7. Red chili pwd- 1/4tsp
  8. Garam masala- 1/4tsp
  9. Lemon juice- 2tsp
  10. 5 whole seeds- 2tsp
  11. Chopped onion- 3tsp
  12. Minced ginger, garlic- 2tsp
Method....................................
  • Heat the wok, add oil after 2 min, add 5 whole seeds fry them after that put chopped onion, grated ginger, garlic fry them.
  • Now place wash baby aubergine you have the slit them in half or four before putting in wok. 

  • Now add tomato puree, dry spices, coriander fresh , lemon juice, salt and cover it.


  • cook about 10-15 min. on low heat.
  • Pickle Baby Aubergine  (Achari Baigan) is ready to eat


Paneer Pasta (cottage cheese)


Ingredients.................................

  1. Boiled pasta- 1/cup
  2. Cottage cheese/paneer- 5-7 sliced
  3. Salt
  4. Black pepper crushed
  5. Grated ginger/garlic- 1/4tsp
  6. Tomato paste- 3tsp
  7. Fresh corriander-2tsp
  8. Butter-2tsp
Method.................................
  • Heat the wok add butter after 2-4 min. add crushed pepper, ginger, garlic fry them now add paneer/  cottage cheese after 2-3 min. add boiled paste.

  • Now add tomato puree, fresh coriander, crushed pepper. salt, mix them and cook for 2 min.


  • Paneer Pasta is ready to eat.

Double Cream Sandwich


Ingredients.........................

  1. Bread slice-2
  2. Cream-3tsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pepper pwd-3pinch
  5. Coriander fresh-3tsp
  6. Tomato chopped- 4tsp
  7. Chopped onion-6tsp
  8. Oil- 4tsp
Method....................................
  • Take a bowl add all ingredients, mix them properly

  • Take the edges off and spread mixture evenly now pack the bread slices.

  • Heat the pan pour oil drop and place the sandwich,  cook from both sides.

  • Double Cream Sandwich is ready to eat.

Avocado Sandwich


Ingredients.......................

  1. Avocado slices- 3-4
  2. Gems lettuce- 3 leaves
  3. Tomato slices- 4
  4. Salt- 1pinch
  5. Mayo-1tsp
  6. Bread slice-
Method................................
  • Take off the edges of bread and spread mayo , then place tomato slices, lettuce, salt.

  • Now place the avocado slices on top of another slice of bread and pack them togather.

  • Avocado Sandwich is ready to eat.

Eggtarians Seekh Kebab


Ingredients.........................

  1. Boiled egg-4
  2. Chopped onion-3tbsp
  3. Chopped green chili-1tsp
  4. Chopped ginger
  5. Chopped garlic- 1/2tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Corriander pwd- 1tsp
  8. Corn flour-3tsp
  9. Fenugreek leaves- 1tsp
  10. Cumin pwd- 1/2tsp
  11. Fresh chopped coriander-2tsp
  12. chopped Fresh mint -2tsp
  13. Kebab masala- 2tsp
  14. Oil for frying- 5tsp
Method......................................
  • Take a bowl add all ingredients and mix them properly.





  • Heat the pan add little oil and make kebab shape and fry on low medium heat.

  • Eggtarians Seekh  Kebab is ready to eat

Mini Paneer Samosa


Ingredients..............................

  1. Paneer chopped- 3tsp
  2. Oil- 1tsp
  3. Spinach chopped- 2tsp
  4. Cumin seeds- 1/2tsp
  5. Black pepper crushed- 2 pinch
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Chopped carrot- 1tsp
  8. Onion chopped- tsp
  9. Green peas- 2tsp
  10. Grated ginger- 2pinch
For Dough.................
  1. Plain flour-1cup
  2. Oil-4tsp
  3. Carom seeds- 1tsp
  4. Salt- 2pinch
Method......................
  • Take a bowl add flour, seeds, salt,oil and make smooth pliable dough and keep aside for 15 min.
  • Now heat the wok add oil, after 1-2 min. add cumin seeds, chopped onion, grated ginger, saute for 1 min. now add all vegetables including paneer, stir for 4-5 min, add salt, black pepper. off the heat .

  • Now heat the wok add oil now make mini samosas and fry them from both sides.


  • Mini Paneer Samosa is ready to eat.

Corn Flakes Sandwich



Ingredients...........................

  1. White bread-2 slice
  2. Garlic Mayo-1tsp
  3. Salt black pepper- 2pinch
  4. Sliced Tomato-4
  5. Gems Lettuce-1 leaf
  6. Corn flakes 4-7tsp

Method..............................
  • Take the edges off and spread garlic mayo on top of bread slices
  • Now put tomato, sprinkle corn flakes, leaf , salt-black pepper.
  • Now sprinkle corn flakes on another slice of bread, Bind them to-gather.
  • Corn Flakes Stuffed Sandwich is ready to eat.
