Ingredients.................................
- Boiled pasta- 1/cup
- Cottage cheese/paneer- 5-7 sliced
- Salt
- Black pepper crushed
- Grated ginger/garlic- 1/4tsp
- Tomato paste- 3tsp
- Fresh corriander-2tsp
- Butter-2tsp
Method.................................
- Heat the wok add butter after 2-4 min. add crushed pepper, ginger, garlic fry them now add paneer/ cottage cheese after 2-3 min. add boiled paste.
- Now add tomato puree, fresh coriander, crushed pepper. salt, mix them and cook for 2 min.
- Paneer Pasta is ready to eat.
