Potato Balls- Fruit Kebab for kids


Ingredients.................................


  1. Fruits diced- 5-8 different variety
  2. Boiled potato- 2
  3. Fenugreek fresh leaves chopped washe (methi)- 4tbsp
  4. Chopped onion- 3tbsp
  5. Ginger grated- 1/2tbsp
  6. Cumin seeds- 1/4tbsp
  7. Oil- 1cup
  8. Salt to taste
  9. turmeric pwd- 1tbsp
  10. Chikpeas flour- 5tbsp
  11. Red chili pwd- 1/4tbsp
  12. Chopped corriander-1bunch
  13. Corriander pwd- 1/2tbsp
  14. Tooth picks- 4-5

Method...................................

  • Heat the wok, add oil 2tbsp afetr 1min add cumin seeds, chopped onion, and grated ginger fry till trasparent.

  • Now add boiled potato and chopped leaves, mix them and add salt, corriander pwd, turmeric pwd and stir for 1 min, till golden brown.



  • Take out and keep a side for 15 min, in mean while take a bowl add chikpeas flour, turmeric pwd little bit, red chili pwd little bit, corriander pwd, salt  and water, make thick paste, keep a side for 10 min.


  • Now make small balls, heat the wok add oil for frying, now wrap the balls in chikpeas flour paste and fry till golden from .



  • Take tooth picks and poke one by one according to you.

  • Potato Balls- Fruit Kebab is ready to eat.

Circle sandwich for Kids



Ingredients.............................

  1. Bread slices-2
  2. Filing- 3tbsp
  3. Cucumber-2slice
  4. Carrot- 1
  5. olives black
  6. Red bellpepper- 1/4

Method................................

  • Cut the bread pieces in circle shape and put your filling and make sandwich.


  • Now do make over.
  • Circle sandwich is ready for kids.

NUTRITIOUS Lolly POPS For kids



Ingredients..........................................


  1. Boiled potato- 2
  2. Grated carrot- 5tbsp
  3. Chopped peppers- 4tbsp
  4. Peas- 3tbsp
  5. Sweet corns- 2tbsp
  6. chopped onion- 3tbsp
  7. Cumin seeds- 1/4tbsp
  8. Grated ginger- 1/4tbsp
  9. Turmeric pwd- 1/4tbsp
  10. corriander pwd- 1/4tbsp
  11. Lemon Juice- 4drop
  12. Bread crums- 1cup
  13. Oil- 1cup
  14. Potato starch- 2tbsp
  15. Salt to tatse
  16. Chopped fresh coriander

Method..............................

  • Heat the wok add 3tbsp oil after 1/2 min, add chopped onion, grated ginger, and cumin seeds fry them, after that add all vegetables, salt and fry for 1 min.


  • Now add boiled potato, tomato puree and fry for 5 min. after that mash them properly, add chopped corriander, and potato starch mix them and keep a side for 20 min. now make small balls.





  • Heat the wok add oil now wrap the lolly pops in bread crums, add balls in oil and fry till golden brown.



  • Lolly POPs For kids is ready to eat.

Panfried Marinated Fish


Ingredients................................


  1. Garlic cloves- 1-2
  2. Green chilli-  1
  3. Ginger- 1/2inch
  4. Salt- 1/2tbsp
  5. Turmeric pwd- 2pinch
  6. Tomato- 1/2
  7. cinemom stick- 1/4inch
  8. Cloves- 1-2
  9. Green cardomom- 2
  10. Indian ocean Fish Rohu- 2pieces

Method....................................

  • Clean the fish and keep aside.
  • Take chopper add, garlic, ginger, green chilli, salt, cinemmom, cordomom, cloves, tomato and crush them all.


  • Now sprinkle turmeric pwd, salt on top, and put some paste and marinate them and keep in fridge for 15min.

  • Heat the pan , add oil, and fry them from both sides.


  •  Panfried Marinated Fish  is ready to eat.


French Beans Sandwich

Ingredients......................................


  1. French beans chopped- 1cup
  2. Potato diced- 1/2
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Whole meal bread- 2
  5. Oil- 2tbsp
  6. Turmeric pwd- 1/4tbsp
  7. Corriander pwd- 1/4tbsp
  8. Onion chopped- 3tbsp
  9. Ginger chopped- 1/2tbsp
  10. Tomato paste 2tbsp

Method.................................

  • Heat the wok add oil, after 1 min. add chopped onion and ginger, fry them, after 1min. add potato, and salt mix them and cover from the lid cook for 1min, low medium heat.
  • Now add chopped french beans, tomato puree, and spices mix them and cook again for 2min.

  • Take bread pieces and cut the sides, put 1 tbsp french beans and put another slice of bread drop some oil on top and put them in sandwich maker.


  • French Beans Sandwich is ready to serve.

lunch box Pasta


Ingredients.....................................


  1. Pasta boiled- 1cup
  2. Broad beans- 1 stick
  3. Carrot peeled diced- 4-5
  4. Green peas- 2tbsp
  5. Sweet Corns- 4tbsp
  6. Salt and black pepper- 2pinch
  7. Tomato sauce- 2tbsp
  8. Basil dried- 1/4tbsp
  9. Onion chopped- 2tbsp
  10. Ginger garlic minced - 1/4tbsp
  11. Oil- 2tbsp

Method....................................

  • boiled pasta and keep a side, heat the wok, add oil or butter afetr 1/2 min add onion+ ginger+garlic, fry till transparent.
  • Now add , vegetables +salt balck pepper and cook for 1 min. now add boiled pasta and tomato sauce, dried basil, mix them and cook them for 1 min. again.




  •   lunch box Pasta is ready to serve.
