French Beans Sandwich
Ingredients......................................
French beans chopped- 1cup
Potato diced- 1/2
Salt to taste
Whole meal bread- 2
Oil- 2tbsp
Turmeric pwd- 1/4tbsp
Corriander pwd- 1/4tbsp
Onion chopped- 3tbsp
Ginger chopped- 1/2tbsp
Tomato paste 2tbsp
Method.................................
Heat the wok add oil, after 1 min. add chopped onion and ginger, fry them, after 1min. add potato, and salt mix them and cover from the lid cook for 1min, low medium heat.
Now add chopped french beans, tomato puree, and spices mix them and cook again for 2min.
Take bread pieces and cut the sides, put 1 tbsp french beans and put another slice of bread drop some oil on top and put them in sandwich maker.
