Heat the wok, add oil 2tbsp afetr 1min add cumin seeds, chopped onion, and grated ginger fry till trasparent.
Now add boiled potato and chopped leaves, mix them and add salt, corriander pwd, turmeric pwd and stir for 1 min, till golden brown.
Take out and keep a side for 15 min, in mean while take a bowl add chikpeas flour, turmeric pwd little bit, red chili pwd little bit, corriander pwd, salt and water, make thick paste, keep a side for 10 min.
Now make small balls, heat the wok add oil for frying, now wrap the balls in chikpeas flour paste and fry till golden from .
Take tooth picks and poke one by one according to you.
