Potato Balls- Fruit Kebab for kids
Ingredients.................................
- Fruits diced- 5-8 different variety
- Boiled potato- 2
- Fenugreek fresh leaves chopped washe (methi)- 4tbsp
- Chopped onion- 3tbsp
- Ginger grated- 1/2tbsp
- Cumin seeds- 1/4tbsp
- Oil- 1cup
- Salt to taste
- turmeric pwd- 1tbsp
- Chikpeas flour- 5tbsp
- Red chili pwd- 1/4tbsp
- Chopped corriander-1bunch
- Corriander pwd- 1/2tbsp
- Tooth picks- 4-5
Method...................................
- Heat the wok, add oil 2tbsp afetr 1min add cumin seeds, chopped onion, and grated ginger fry till trasparent.
- Now add boiled potato and chopped leaves, mix them and add salt, corriander pwd, turmeric pwd and stir for 1 min, till golden brown.
- Take out and keep a side for 15 min, in mean while take a bowl add chikpeas flour, turmeric pwd little bit, red chili pwd little bit, corriander pwd, salt and water, make thick paste, keep a side for 10 min.
- Now make small balls, heat the wok add oil for frying, now wrap the balls in chikpeas flour paste and fry till golden from .
- Take tooth picks and poke one by one according to you.
- Potato Balls- Fruit Kebab is ready to eat.
