Heat the wok add 3tbsp oil after 1/2 min, add chopped onion, grated ginger, and cumin seeds fry them, after that add all vegetables, salt and fry for 1 min.
Now add boiled potato, tomato puree and fry for 5 min. after that mash them properly, add chopped corriander, and potato starch mix them and keep a side for 20 min. now make small balls.
Heat the wok add oil now wrap the lolly pops in bread crums, add balls in oil and fry till golden brown.
