Bread Balls in curry


Ingredients................................


For Bread Balls......................



  1. Bread-4 slices crushed
  2. boiled potato-2
  3. chopped onion-5tbsp
  4. chopped fresh coriander-2tbsp
  5. salt to taste
  6. Garam masala pwd-1/2tbsp
  7. Chopped green chili- 1
  8. chopped ginger-1tbsp
  9. Oil- 1cup

For curry.............................

  1. Onion+ginger+garlic paste-1/2cup
  2. Red chili pwd-1/4tbsp
  3. Corriander pwd- 1/2tbsp
  4. Curd-2tbsp
  5. Water-1/2cup
  6. Tomato ketchup-2tbsp
  7. Copped corriander- 2tbsp
  8. Oil- 4bsp

Method....................................

  • Take a big add crushed bread, boiled potato, chopped coriander, salt, garam masala, chopped ginger, chopped onion, chopped green chili and mix them properly.


  • Now make small balls like small lime, heat the wok add oil and fry them evenly. keep aside. now heat the cooker, add oil after 1min, add onion paste, red chili pwd, corriander pwd, and fry till golden brown.



  • Now add curd mix it , add water and cook for 5min, or 3whistle. off the heat open the lid and add bread ball and cook low medium heat for 3 min.





  •  Bread Balls in curry  is ready to serve.

Boti Masala Biryaani


Ingredients..............................


  1. Oil- 10tbsp
  2. Boiled half cooked rice- 1cup basmati
  3. Lamb pieces- 5-8
  4. Food color
  5. Green cardomom-2
  6. Cloves-3
  7. Cumin seeds- 2tbsp
  8. Red chili pwd- 1/4tbsp
  9. Turmeric pwd- 1/2tbsp
  10. Green cardomom- 3
  11. Cinemom stick-1inch
  12. Sliced onion-1
  13. Chopped corriander- 4tbsp
  14. Chopped mint- 2btsp
  15. Julienne ginger- 1tbsp
  16. Grated garlic- 1tbsp
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Green chilli-1
  19. Curd- 5tbsp
  20. Tomato puree- 4tbsp
  21. Rose water- 2tbsp
  22. Water- 1/2
  23. Clarified butter/ghee- 2tbsp

Method.......................................

  • Heat the wok add oil, after 2min add sliced onion and fry till transparent, now add chili pwd, turmeric pwd, salt, ginger, garlic and fry for 1min.


  • Now add curd, tomato and lamb pices , 1/2 cup water , cook for 20 min, or 5-6 whistle. now open the lid and cinemon stick, cloves, green and black caromom, black pepper, cook till dry the gravy. 


  • Now take a wok add clarified butter/ ghee on low heat, spread 1/2 portion of cooked rice, flack julienne ginger, chopped coriander,mint, food color cooked lamb pieces may be 3-4, again put rice, ginger, chopped coriander, min and lamb pieces, food color, cover the lid and cook for 15 min, on low heat. now add rose water, if you want. 



  • Boti Masala Biryaani  sready to serve.

Daal Makhni


Ingredients...........................

  1. Whole Black lentil- 1cup soaked in water about overnight
  2. Kidney beans- 1/2cup soaked in water about overnight
  3. Ginger garlic paste- 2tbsp
  4. Fenugreek seeds- 1tbsp
  5. Cumin seeds- 1tbsp
  6. Red chili pwd- 1tbsp
  7. Turmeric pwd- 1/2tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Coriander pwd- 1tbsp
  10. Blak pepper- 5-6 crushed
  11. Cloves- 3-4crushed
  12. Cinemom stick- 1/2inch crushed
  13. Black cardomom- 2 crushed
  14. Oilk- 5tbsp
  15. Tomato paste- 5tbsp
  16. Cream- 2tbsp
  17. Butter- 3tbsp
  18. Fenugreek dried leaves- 2tbsp


Method....................................

  • Wash the lentils and kidney beans , put in pressure cooker add water according to you approx 2 cup and put little bit baking soda, if you like, cook about 10- 15 min. off the heat and keep a side.



  • Heat the wok, add oil, now add fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds afetr 1/2 min, add boiled lentil and add 1 cup water, cook for 3 min.



  • Now add ginger, garlic, tomato paste mix them , now add spices turmeric pwd, red chili pwd, corriande pwd, salt, crushed black pepper, cloves, cinemom, black caromom- mix them , cook for 20 min. low medium heat.




  • Now add butter, stir continuously, after 10 min add cream and fenugreek leaves, cook for 1 min again.




  • Daal Makhni is ready to serve.

Blubbery Loaf Bread




Ingredients..............................

  1. Plain flour- 200gm
  2. Sugar- 170gm
  3. Egg-2
  4. Blubbery-100gm
  5. Vegetable Oil/unsalted butter- 50gm
  6. Milk optional
  7. Soda-bio-carbonate-1/2tbsp
  8. Baking Soda- 1/4tbsp

Method...................................
  • Pre heat oven 200oc, take a bowl add oil/butter, sugar and egg yolk and mix them proper, keep aside, break eggs and separate egg yolk and white, whisk egg white and keep aside.


  • Now take a big bowl add flour, soda carbonate, baking soda, mix them- now add egg batter, whisked egg white and mix it properly, if you want you can add milk but consistency should be thick.other wise blubbery will go down because of weight.


  • Finally add blubbery and fold them. pour in loaf tin and bake for 30-40  min. check with skewer.






  •  blubbery Loaf Bread is ready to serve.
