Method..............................
- Heat the wok add 3tbsp oil after 1/2 min, add chopped onion, grated ginger, and cumin seeds fry them, after that add all vegetables, salt and fry for 1 min.
- Now add boiled potato, tomato puree and fry for 5 min. after that mash them properly, add chopped corriander, and potato starch mix them and keep a side for 20 min. now make small balls.
- Heat the wok add oil now wrap the lolly pops in bread crums, add balls in oil and fry till golden brown.
- Lolly POPs For kids is ready to eat.

- Clean the fish and keep aside.
- Take chopper add, garlic, ginger, green chilli, salt, cinemmom, cordomom, cloves, tomato and crush them all.
- Now sprinkle turmeric pwd, salt on top, and put some paste and marinate them and keep in fridge for 15min.
- Heat the pan , add oil, and fry them from both sides.
- Panfried Marinated Fish is ready to eat.

- Heat the wok add oil, after 1 min. add chopped onion and ginger, fry them, after 1min. add potato, and salt mix them and cover from the lid cook for 1min, low medium heat.
- Now add chopped french beans, tomato puree, and spices mix them and cook again for 2min.
- Take bread pieces and cut the sides, put 1 tbsp french beans and put another slice of bread drop some oil on top and put them in sandwich maker.
- French Beans Sandwich is ready to serve.

- boiled pasta and keep a side, heat the wok, add oil or butter afetr 1/2 min add onion+ ginger+garlic, fry till transparent.
- Now add , vegetables +salt balck pepper and cook for 1 min. now add boiled pasta and tomato sauce, dried basil, mix them and cook them for 1 min. again.

For marination........ crush them......................
- Tomato puree-3tbsp
- Garlic cloves- 3
- Ginger- 1/4inch
- Cloves- 5
- Cinemom- 1/2inch

Method...............................
- Wash chicken and marinate with spices keep in fridge for 20 min.
- Heat the wok add oil afetr 1 min, add bay leaf and fennel seeds, after fennel splutttering , add chopped onion, chopped ginger and fry till trasparent.
- Now add chicken and fry on low midium heat for 15 min. now add dry spices chopped spinach , tomato puree, salt mix them and stir for 10 min.
- Now add chopped corriander , and water according to you and cook for 10 min or 2 whistle.

- Milk- 200ml

- Heat the wok add sesame seeds and roast till golden brown, afetr 11/2 min take out and keep aside.
- Add milk and cream and leave for 15 min, low medium heat, now add sugar green cardomom, stir continously.
- Now add sesame seeds and leave again for 5 -8 min. add almond and cheshew
