Banana Lollipop


Ingredients.....................
  1. Ripe Banana- 1
  2. Biscuits crushed- 2
  3. Melted Chocolate- 5 tbsp
  4. Oil- 2 tbsp
  5. Decoration sprinkles- 5tbsp
  6. Dry fruit crushed- 5 tbsp

Method..................

  • Melt the chocolate first. Mix crushed biscuits, dry fruit all together ,now cut the banana in small pieces.
  • First cover banana pieces in chock late then cover with biscuit and dry fruit mixture now sprinkle some decoration sprinkle.
  • Leave it for 3 min, after 3 min make a ball or lollipop shape using palm and keep it in freezer for 1/2 hour.
  • Banana lollipop is ready to eat.

Spinach Soup


Ingredients................
  1. Spinach leaves- 10-20
  2. Potato peeled dice- 1/4 cup
  3. Grated garlic- 1 tbsp
  4. Black Pepper- 1/2 tbsp
  5. Butter- 3 inch
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Curd/Heavy cream-3tbsp
  8. Chopped onion- 1
  9. Vegetable stock/ chicken stock

Method..................

  • Heat the wok add butter after 1 min add grated garlic fry about 2 min then add chopped onion, salt, black pepper again fry about 2 min.
  • Now add diced potato and fry about1 min then add spinach leaves add 1/2 cup vegetable stock or chicken stock cover the lid and cook about 5 min.
  • Now pour curd or heavy cream in it then make a fine paste or puree using with mixer.
  • Spinach Soup is ready to serve .

Litti chokha (Indian Bihari cuisine)




Ingredients.................
  1. Wheat flour- 2bowl
  2. Curd-1/2cup
  3. Oil- 1/2 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Carom seeds- 2 tbsp
  6. Water- 1Bowl
For Filling.............
  1. Roast Gram Flour- 1 bowl
  2. Chopped Chili- 2
  3. Carom seeds- 1tbsp
  4. Copped onion- 2tbsp
  5. Grated Garlic-2tbsp
  6. Grated Ginger- 2tbsp
  7. Pickle- 2tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Water 6-7 tbsp

Method............

 For Filling..............
  • Pour roasted gram flour in a bowl then add chopped onion, green chili, grated ginger, garlic, carom seeds, salt to taste and rub this mixture well.
  • Now add pickle 2 tbsp and some drop of water and mix again, mixture should be thick and like a powder.

For Dough................
  • Pour the wheat flour in a bowl then add curd, salt, carom seeds, oil and make a soft dough using little water.
  • Flatten them on the palm or on a surface into a circle. Place the stuffing in it and cover it completely with the dough.
  • Pre heat onen 200oc and place all litti on it for 20 min, then turn into another side and bake again 10 min.
  • Litti is ready to serve with Chokha/ aubergine puree/ baigan bharta.

Aubergine Puree (Chokha/ Baigan Bharta)



Ingredients..................
  1. Aubergine cute into dice- 1
  2. Potato cut into dice- 2
  3. Tomato-2
  4. Salt
  5. Mustard Oil- 5tbsp
  6. Grated ginger- 2tbsp
  7. Grated garlic- 2 tbsp
  8. Green chopped chili- 3
  9. Mango Powder- 1 tbsp
  10. Red chili powder- 2 tbsp
  11. Coriander powder- 2 tbsp
  12. Cumin seeds- 1 tbsp
  13. Chopped onion- 2
  14. Spring onion- 1/4 cup
  15. Frozen Peas- 1/2 cup


Method...............
  • First heat the wok and pour aubergine , potato, tomato and salt add 1/2 cup of water and cook about 15 min, then after mash with masher and let it be cool.




  • Heat the wok and pour oil after 2 sec add cumin seeds, green chili and fry about 1 min then add chopped onion, grated ginger, garlic and fry about 2 min, now add green peas and add all spices, again fry about 2 min.
  • Then add aubergine puree and cook about 4 min then add spring onion.
  • Aubergine puree (cokha/ baigan bharta)  is ready to serve.
