Ricotta Stuffed Tomato


Ingredients............................

  1. Tomato- 4
  2. Ricotta cheese- 3tbsp
  3. Boiled potato- 1 mashed
  4. Rock salt/plain slat
  5. Grated ginger- 1/4tsp
  6. Crushed chill- 2pinch
  7. Coriander- chopped- 1tbsp
  8. Oil- 2tsp
Method............................
  • Wash the tomatoes and take out seeds out .
  • Now heat the wok, add oil after 2 min, add grated ginger and ricotta cheese, dry them for 4-5 min.
  • Now add mashed potato, salt, coriander, chilli and mix them properly n fry for 3-4 min again.


  • Take out filling keep a side, now  heat the wok again, put some oil fill the tomatoes and fry them for 3-4 min, on low medium heat.

  • Ricotta Stuffed Tomato is ready to eat.

Tofu Pasta


Ingredients......................

  1. Pasta half boiled- 1cup
  2. Fresh coriander- 3tspchopped
  3. Pepper corn crushed- 1/2tbsp
  4. Butter/oil- 1tbsp
  5. Dried basil-1/2tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Tomato puree- 2tbsp
  8. Chopped onion- 1 medium
  9. Chopped garlic- 1/2tsp
  10. Tofu diced- 1/4cup
  11. Green peas- 5tsp
  12. French beans- 1/4cup
Method..........................
  • Heat the wok add oil after 1-2 min. add chopped onion, garlic and fry for 2 min, now add tofu pieces, french beans , salt, basil, pepper,peas and puree, cover them for 3 min. low medium heat.

  • Now mix them and add pasta , coriander and cook again 2-3 min.


  • Tofu Pasta is ready to eat.

Spaghetti con gamberettie


Ingredients......................

  1. Peeled Prawns- 1cup
  2. Dried basil-2pinch
  3. Pepper crushed- 1/2tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Peppers chunks- 1/4cup
  6. Tomato puree-5tbsp
  7. Garlic- 1/4tsp
  8. Spring onion for garnishing
  9. Butter/oil-2tsp

Method................................
  • Heat the wok, put some butter or oil afetr 1-2 min. add crushed pepper, garlic, dried basil and puree fry for 2second min.

  • Now put prawns, salt, peppers chunks and cook for 1-2 min.

  • Now add cooked paste stir them Spaghetti con gamberettie is ready to eat.

Spicy Prawns


Ingredients...............................

  1. Peeled Prawns- 1cup
  2. Dried chilli-1/4tsp
  3. Garlic- 1/4tsp
  4. Dried basil- 2pinch
  5. Chopped green onion- 5tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Lemon juice- 5-6drop
  8. Butter- 1/2tsp
  9. Chopped green red chilli- 1/2tbsp
Method..................................
  1. Heat the wok, add butter , garlic and fry for 1/2 min, now add chopped chilli, dried chilli, salt , chopped green onion, dried basil , lemon juice n mix them 

  1. Now add prawns and cook for 4- 5 min.

  1. Spicy Prawns ready.


Hot n Sweet Chicken wings


Ingredients.............................

  1. Chicken wings- 7-10
  2. Black pepper- 10
  3. Dried thyme- 3-4 strings
  4. Cloves-2-4
  5. Roast cumin seeds- 1/2tsp
  6. Salt to atste
  7. Honey- 1tbsp
  8. Ginger garlic paste- 1/2tbsp
  9. food color- 1pinch
Method.....................
  • Boil the chicken wings for 5- 9 min. and drain them keep aside.
  • Now take chopper or mixer add black pepper, cloves, thyme, cumin- make smooth powder.


  • Take oven tray put chicken wings sprinkle some powder, honey, salt , food color ginger garlic and keep them in fridge for 5-4 hours.




  • Pre heat oven 200oc place the chicken in and cook for 10-15 min.
  • Hot n Sweet Chicken wings is ready to eat.


Mustard Rice


Ingredients............................

  1. Rice half cooked- 1cup
  2. Green peas- 1/4cup
  3. Mustard seeds- 1/2cup
  4. salt to taste
  5. Oil- 1tbsp
Method..............................
  • Heat the wok, add oil after 1-2 min add mustard seeds when they start to spattered put green peas salt according to you and cook for 1/ min.
  • Now sprinkle half cooked rice and cover them from the lid for 10 min. on low heat.
  • Mustard Rice is ready to eat.

Tofu Roll


Ingredients........................
  1. Prepared veg- beans and tofu
  2. Puff sheets-1
Method................................
  • 200oc Pre heat oven 
  • Take small amount of puff sheet roll them in rectangle shape.
  • Now put some tofu n beans filling, and roll them.


  • Now place the rolls in oven and bake for 4-5 min .

  • Tofu Roll is ready.

Healthy Spinach Pasta

  1. French Bean cut into 2 piece - 1/2 cup
  2. Spinach chopped - 1cup
  3. Swlaeet Corns- 10tbsp
  4. Salt ot taste

  6. Tomato paste- 4tbsp
  7. Chopped onion- 1/4cup
  8. Dries basil- 1/2tbsp
  9. Grated garlic- 1
  10. Butter/oil- 2tbsp
  11. Boiled pasta- 1cup

  • Heat the wok add oil after 1 min add chopped onion, grated garlic fry for 1-2 min.
  • Now add beans, corns, spinach ,tomato, salt, pepper, dried basil mix them and cook for 10 min, now place boiled pasta and mix them properly cover them for 1min.

  • Healthy Spinach Pasta is ready to eat.

Bull's Eye

  1. Bread slice- 1
  2. Cookie cutter- 1
  3. Egg- 1
  4. Salt
  5. Black pepper pwd
  6. Olive oil-2tbsp
Method................................
  • Make any shape with cookie cutter in bread slice, now Heat the pan place the bread slice put some drop of oil and slow the heat.
  • Now take a bowl break the egg and put in middle of slice.


  • Cover it and cook for1 min. check your bread and egg, they are cook that's mean bulls eye is ready .
  • Bulls Eye is ready to eat.

Greek Salad Sandwich


Ingredients.................................

  1. Canned Beans- 1cup drained
  2. Parsley /Fresh corrinader- 1tbsp
  3. Virgin oil- 2tbsp
  4. Salt 
  5. Black pepper
  6. Lemon juice- 1/2tbsp
  7. sliced onion
  8. Sliced tomato
  9. Sliced cucumber
  10. Wholemeal Seeded bread- 2
Method.........................
  • Put all things like beans, corrinader, lemon juice, oil, salt and black pepper in chopper and chop them.

  • Now take bread spread beans paste , onion, cucumber, tomato and pack with another bread slice .


  • Greek Salad Sandwich is ready to eat.







Kathal Curry- Jack fruit Curry


Ingredients.....................
  1. Skinless Diced Kathal/ jack fruit  pieces- 15-20
  2. Chopped onion- 2
  3. Grated ginger- 1/2tbsp
  4. Tomato puree- 1/2cup
  5. Corriander pwd- 1/2tbsp
  6. Turmeric pwd- 1/4tbsp
  7. Slat to taste
  8. Garam Masala- 1/4tbsp
  9. Red chilli pwd- 1/4tbs
  10. Fresh corrinader
  11. Oil- 5tbsp
  12. Oil for fry-10 tbsp

Method.....................................
  • Heat the wok add oil after 5 min. place the jack-fruit pieces and fry for golden brown, now take out the pieces.  .


  • Now put some drop of oil and fry chopped onion and ginger for 5 min on low medium heat. after 5 min, add tomato puree, turmeric pwd, corrinader pwd, red chili pwd, salt , garam masala fry again for 5 min.


  • Now add fried jack-fruit pieces stir nicely ,fry for 3-4 min. now add water according to your consistency..cook for 15 min. or 2 whistle.



  • Sprinkle some fresh coriander ,Kathal Curry- Jack fruit Curry is ready to eat.
