- Spinach- 10-15 leaves
- Boiled potato- 1/2
- Chopped onion- 3tbsp
- Grated ginger- 1/4tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper crushed- 2pinch
- Oil- 2tsp
- Pastry sheet-1
Method.........................................
- Heat the wok add oil after 1 min, add crushed pepper, chopped onion, ginger and saute for4-5 second now add boiled potato, spinach, salt and mash them nicely. fry for 2 min. switch off the gas and take out .
- Pre heat oven 200oc. now take pastry sheet, cut into square shape and put filling in middle and seal them properly. now put them in oven for 1-2 min.
- Spinach Roll is ready to eat.
