- Boiled mashed potato- for 4 burger
- Grated ginger- 1/4tbsp
- Chopped corriander- 1tbsp
- Corriander pwd- 1/4tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Gram flour- 6tbsp
- Water- 1cup
- Dried basil-2pinch
- Turmeric pwd- 2pinch
- Crushed pepper-2pinch
- Yougrut -5tbsp
- Sugar- 4tbsp
- Tamrind Chutney/tomato ketchup- optional
- Oil- 1cup
Method.........................
- Take a bowl add mash potato, corriander pwd, salt, grated ginger and mix them properly and make small burger keep aside.
- Now take another vessel and add gram flour, salt to taste, turmeric pwd, dried basil mix them and put little water and make semi-thick paste now keep aside.
- Heat the wok, now take potato burger wrap them in flour paste and place in hot oil fry till golden brown from both sides.
- Now arrange burger and put sweet yogurt and tamrind chutney on top, little bit chips and savory .
- Potato Burger with icing yogurt is ready to serve.
