Ingredients...........................
- Milk- 10 tbsp
- Cream- 1/2 cup
- Cashew- 4-5
- Khjoor/ Dates paste- 3tbs
- Kewar Essence- 2drop
- Sugar- 5tbsp
Method.............................
- Mix all things in mixer and make smooth mixer, add kulfi mold or ice cream container and keep in fridge for 4 hours.
- Khajoor Kulfi- (Dates Ice cream) is ready to eat.
